Ordered Natracare wipes on 24th June. Received an email advising delivery 2nd to 4th July. Product not received. The next contact was an email on 14th July telling me (again) that the goods had been shipped. I advised them that the goods were no longer required due to the significantly delayed delivery. I was asked to refuse delivery and promised an immediate credit. It was not practicable to refuse delivery from the postman without knowing which day the product would arrive, but the local Post Office accepted the package as a refused delivery for return to the sender. The supplier said they would credit me once the goods were received. More than three weeks on and no credit. To add insult to injury with no further communication, they asked, and got, Ebay to close the case on the grounds that the goods had been delivered presumably assuming that for the amount involved I wouldn't bother to appeal the decision.

I ordered a jigsaw from this company in March 2020 and it never arrived. I got an email saying that due to Covid19 that they were unable to complete the order and that they would send me a refund and asked not to leave a bad review. I have not received my refund even after many emails and requests. I ordered other jigsaws from other companies at the same time and I had no
Issues. I would never deal with this company again.

Great company, spot on product range and service every time!

My 1st order was via Ebay, when it arrived there was a 10% discount code sent encouraging me to place my next order direct from their website.
However when I tried, there was nowhere on their website to input this code so I emailed them asking for the discount as I had 4 items I was interested in which could have been sent together.
They gave a very curt reply stating 'Unfortunately we are unable to offer any further discounts on our products or shipping services' .
Customer Service at its worst.
And I then see that the items I wanted are more expensive on their website than ebay anyway- more than 5% on the items I was looking at.
My opinion, pay on Paypal thru ebay and just order items individually, one by one so they have to send them that way-damage limitation
If I could get the items elsewhere in UK I would.

Since I can't put my feedback on Trade me NZ I'll put it here. If you're overseas (I'm in NZ) do not buy from these people. I ordered products in January for my daughters birthday in April and never received them. It's taken me months to get a refund and still don't have the money. They weren't helpful at all just 100 emails back and forwards to avoid the refund. Ripping people off their money when they don't receive their products!!! You should be ashamed!!!!

Total waste of time. Please do not use this company. I have twice been promised my order “next day” and still not received it. They even had the nerve to resend the original email promising next day delivery 4 days before! They have not even dispatched it despite saying they have. Bad customer service. Bad attitude and good at taking the money for goods! If their speed of delivery matched the speed they take money from your bank account it would be a great company! Avoid this website.

Ordered with BuySend through Amazon - first time they cancelled the order several days after accepting it and then the second (and last!) time they sent me a dispatch notice and only when I asked where my items a week later did they tell me the goods had been damaged on route and they didn’t have any more. If I hadn’t contacted them I’d have been none the wiser - never purchasing with BuySend again.

Great customer service, prices and products. I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered an item from BuySend through Amazon the product would probably have been fine if I'd received what I ordered but unfortunately BUYSEND sent me something completely different and totally unwanted, when I contacted them they said they were very sorry and blamed Amazon for the mistake but I've got to make it quite clear that I have NEVER had a problem with Amazon and having tried to buy a similar item direct from BUYSEND with exactly the same result I would warn anyone who purchase from them to make sure your going to get what you ordered. I would have given them a minus star if I could.

Can't fault them at all. Read some negative reviews so expected the worst which also then made me think that the positive reviews were fake!!

Ordered some plant pots, they arrived smashed to bits and BuySend would not replace the product.

Second order just as much hassle. They make delivery promises they can't keep as in being able to deal with next day delivery orders. I ordered on 3rd and was told with next day delivery would be here 16th!! I have emailed and facebooked them several times with no response don't waste your time more stress than its worth... Both times never again will I use them I learnt my lesson let's just hope my stuff shows up.

I bought a stainless steel milkpan a few months ago, and it arrived promptly, as described, and has been in daily use with no problem at all.

Would have given 5 stars, but I noticed that the item price has increased to £11.69. I paid £6.59. Seems like a massive increase! At the price I paid,it was a bargain. At the new price you may be able to do better.

Great site, quick and easy to order on and good delivery speeds. Would definitely recommend it.
