Terrible customer service
Now been waiting over two months for them even to respond to my returned product with no updates and frequent chasing. It was sent to them recorded and they received it in the UK.

took my money and then said problem was with digital discounts - different company who just happen to have same address. After multiple emails THEY advised me to claim money back from credit card company. I have reported them for fraud.
Reassuringly good
I ordered a Z3 Compact from Chat and Vision as the price was good and the website said they had stock. I had a brief look at the ekomi reviews and they were all positive so I went ahead and ordered the phone, paying via PayPal.
The online tracking showed the order had been accepted but when the status hadn't changed after a few days I was a bit concerned. I then checked out some of the reviews on here and they made me even more worried! So I filled-in an online enquiry form asking what was happening with my order. Within 2 days I had a reply reassuring me and I noticed that the status on the tracking had changed to being processed. A few days later I then I had another email asking me to contact them which I duly did. Turned out they didn't have any stock of the Z3 compacts and they offered me a number of options and alternatives. I opted for a refund and this has come through without any trouble. The turnaround times on emails etc is slower than you would probably get from a company based in UK but they do come back to you and they have been very helpful.
I wanted to post a positive review because all too often the only time people leave reviews is to vent about problems they have had - which I completely understand but hopefully the company read these reviews and try to improve.
Long delays no good CS information
Honestly the worst purchasing experience I have had in years. I will never buy from this company again. The product is what I wanted and was delivered in good condition. However, it took ages and I spent too much money chasing on their 0870 number. CS never replied to any emails and over the phone never had either answers on the spot or responded with them later as promised. Money was taken from my account immediately after order but the product was not even dispatched for a month. Not good enough in any respect and from the reviews I am obviously not the only one. This is the preferred Skype partner. Microsoft, you're better than this, sort it out.
Despatched to incomplete address
For some reason they failed to give DPD the name of my company or our building name. Two pieces of information that where present on my invoice. DPD managed to deliver it on the third attempt after calling me and I talked the driver in.
ChatandVision should have put the full address provided by me on the address label.

I ordered a Bose mini sound system at the beginning of December and was told it would arrive between 7 - 14 days, plenty of time. I used Chat and vision as the reviews were good and the price also. I called after 10 days to see how the order was coming on as the status still said it had not left and was told it would be with me for Christmas ands was leaving the warehouse in the next couple of days. Two days gone still no more info on my account status so called to cancel but was told all they could do was to try and contact the warehouse but it may already be on its way FROM CHINA! I had no idea it was travelling via ship, if I had I would have never have ordered through them. I was told when it arrived to not accept the order so I would not have to stump up the return postage but it HAS NEVER ARRIVED! I am being told I will not get a refund till it is returned to the warehouse but given it never arrived I am left now paying interest on my credit card for an item I never received and they are not taking responsibility. I had to but another one from a different company so my son was not disappointed at Christmas and am now left stranded. I will most probably have to get a refund through my credit card. NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We ordered an item on the 8th December 2014, and received it on the 19th. We were more than happy with that. The tracking facility is very useful, you know precisely where your item is, which is nice. 😀👍
Beware when things go wrong support non existant
Chat & Vision is OK when everything goes right but when there is a problem beware as you can see from previous reviews.
We ordered a Skype phone and it was eventually delivered within an agreeable amount of time. not rapid, but fair enough. As we live way out in the countryside here in Spain we have problems with DHL as well as other companies delivering to us.To alleviate this problem we had an arrangement with a Spanish friend in a local village to accept deliveries for us. We ordered this phone with the belief as stated in their website "Worry free ordering all dues taxes and delivery charges included". 2 weeks after delivery our friend receives a demand from the Spanish Customs Authority that she appear before her local Tax authority due to unpaid duty on the goods that she received for us.Which involved a round trip of around 45kms. She was informed that the declared value by Chat & Vision was $12 and they insisted that they see the invoice from Chat and Vision which of course read €75. After another round trip of 45kms with the invoice she was then told she would be informed as to how much duty was to pay and also that there could possibly be a fine.
We were of course keeping Chat & Vision informed of all of this ongoing problem. Assurance from customer support that we would not suffer as a result of this as they would recompense when it was finally sorted. Well the Duty turned out to be € 15 and no fine, but as we were so embarrassed about the time and cost our friend had incurred we recompensed her for her time and fuel costs € 50 only to be told afterwards that she no longer wished to receive any more goods for us. So a €75 phone from Chat and vision has cost us €140 which we could have purchased from Amazon for €79 and know that we would have had much better service as we are still waiting for any recompense from Chat and Vision that was in May we are now in September and still waiting, for something that is obviously not going to happen.

I bought a Skype dual phone 4088 from ChatandVision on the 16th of February 2014. It worked for about 6 weeks, The saga then started E-mails back and forth, until finally it was collected for return over 2 weeks ago.
Then the E-mails started again, the relevant Team etc blah blah blah!!
Nice Kind words and promises but as yet no Action. I have told them that I have run out of patience now and would like a complete refund as there is no sign of a phone being replaced. Our communicatios were all with Customer care Manager Jayden who was very polite but now seems to have disappeard from the Team, Maria has taken over now I presume. Total Globalisation disaster, thinking of buying a new phone from a local store who have wonderful customer Service, we should have done this in the first place but as it was linked to Skype I thought it would be more than reliable to purchase from them.
We live and learn, sometimes the hard way as this is very frustrating!!!!

Fraud company which misuse the good name of Skype 2
I found almost the same claim from another customer here. My situation is about the same. Though the previous experience seems soundless for those from chatandvision.
I also placed an order and in same moment or half hour later I cancelled my order due to unacceptable leadtime for my order. I would cancel it earlier if I was notified BEFORE my money had been withdrawn from my account. I have contacted them 3 times since I placed the order. I rose a ticket for cancellation. and they have only responded back that they have placed my order and it's being processed. My mails about order cancellation ignored. I have researched a bit on the company and they are not related to Skype as they write on their website and I also see that many others have had very bad experiences with the company so this is the reason for calling them a fraud company because they misuse the good name of Skype. Now I also have contacted my bank to create a opposition against them as it is illegal to withdraw the Money before sending the goods. They will properly write me that they have been very busy and that the apologize now...let's see.

No delivery 3 weeks after order....
Ordered a web cam on 23 Feb and still not delivered by 14 March despite website saying 7 to 14 day delivery. Helpline down when I first called and staff answering on the second time could offer no clear explanation and simply repeated 'you concern will be escalated'....very disappointed with service.
Added: Guess what just received goods (14 March) a few days after raising dispute with PayPal but 3 weeks delivery time simply not satisfactory.
Worst Customer service ever.
I use Skype for my business and need a walkabout phone . I originally received a faulty RTX Dual Phone 4088 from Chat & Vision , which I had ordered through Amazon , this was refunded by Amazon within a week of returning it to them. I still needed a phone and so I then went and ordered another one direct from Chat & Vision website as the price was cheaper . I duly received this in mid January . However unbelievably yet again the phone was faulty - even though it was a different fault to the first one. I contacted Chat & Vision and they emailed me the return labels to put on the package , I told them that I needed a replacement as soon as possible as this was affecting my business . This was posted to them on 22.01.2014 and received by them on 27.01.2014 ( proof of receipt / signing confirming this) . Since then I have sent at least 6 on line requests initially chasing my replacement , and recently chasing a refund . The response is the same every time "We would like to inform you that we have chased this up with the relevant department and once we hear back from them, we shall email you accordingly. We seek your extended patience for this matter".
I have requested a contact number - but this has not been given nor does there seem to be any available by searching the internet.
I tried contacting Chat & Vision on Facebook again the same sort of response -" a customer service agent will contact you shortly to resolve any issues " 3 weeks later still no one has contacted me.
So as it stands Chat & Vision have had my money for over 2 months and have not provided me with any functioning goods - nor confirmed when I will either receive a working product that I have paid for or when I will receive a full refund !!!
Faulty Product, Worst customer service in years
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered two skype dualphones and the base did not work at all - not even a light on (trust me I work in the tech industry so this is not user error). After MULTIPLE ridiculous emails (and not one direct email so I could respond, you always have to go back to the generic form) I am still dealing with them to get a refund. I tried for the first 2 months to get a replacement but all I got was 'sorry for the delay, we are working on it'. I then asked for the refund and am now waiting for them to process it. Needless to say the 'prepaid' return shipping was not paid, and the postal service would not accept it (since it was all in Finnish and was to be shipped to Finland even though I live in the USA), so i had to pay for that too. And if I get charged for the original packaging not being perfect because I opened the product with the intent of using it, then I am probably just going to go directly to my bank and force the refund.
I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this company until they improve their services.
very bad service
One year ago I purchased a phone via the Skype site.
The process of the order went via CHAT and Vision.
I received the phone and It worked for about two months. After two months I had to reset de phone and had to make all the settings again to make it work again for about 2 weeks.
I contacted chat and vision via the site to make a RMA for my phone.
This was in October 2013. Sins that time it has been very quiet. End December I send them an e-mail whit the question where is my phone. After two weeks I received e-mail that they received the phone and that they are going to fix the problem.
that was the last time I hear anything from them. I have send several mails but no response. Except from the automatic response system saying they would contact me in max 24 ours.
The site says I have to log in to the support system If I have any questions. But I cannot log in to this system. I manage to reset my password and then get some error when I log in.
Chat and vision does not replay on my mails and for almost 6 months now I have no phone the use my Skype account.
I was charged extra customer tax, and couldn't get through to the company
I ordered a headset in january. Price around 200 DKK. Next day the Money was drawn on my account but I had to wait for 10 days before I got my headset. When I recieved the headset I was charged extra 200 DKK in customer tax, VAT etc, because it was sent from Japan to Denmark. It wasn't mentioned anywhere, that it would be sent from Japan and charged ekstra tax. In case I had known that, it would have been cheaper to buy it in a computer shore nearby. I have now tried to contact the compagny 3 times, but they newer answered. It's easy to buy but hopeless to get in contact with them.
I will never recommend this company to anybody due to this lousy service.
Free Shipping ???
I placed an order with them (Live in MA, USA), stated free shipping but I got charged for shipping, contacted them by email and there response was that they charge shipping to some places, I would not recommend this company to anyone because i don't like when company's have to TRY and trick people into buying from them.
I'd rather be waterboarded than deal with this USELESS Outfit!
Ordered a RTX DUALphone it arrived after about a week later, however the phone was faulty, sent the company an email informing them about the issue via the website... waited 4 days... still no response, I ring the company on UK number advertised on their website, was on hold for ages, I speak to a clueless customers services advisor, who informs me that they will send a written response within 24 hours.... Guess what!! Nothing...ring again the next day this time I'm told that I must send another email detailing the exact fault...so I send another email detailing the fault and request that I wish to return the item for a replacement....wait 2 more days...not response.
Two days later I ring the customer services number to speak to someone sitting somewhere in the Philippines she can't help because the she is waiting for someone to send an email from Hong Kong (wft). I ask to speak to the manager (Caroline), I get told she is busy on another call and maybe I should trying sending another email or I should ring back in an hour when she is free....guess what then I ring back I get informed that the shift has changed and the manager is not available.
Two emails and three calls later, no further forward....A BUNCH OF COWBOYS! BE WARNED!!!
Luckily I paid via Paypal and now have a raised a claim though them....waiting to see what happens next! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT CARE ONCE THEY HAVE SOLD YOU THE PRODUCT AND GOT YOUR MONEY! I WISH I READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED!
Absolutely fxxking useless!
Ordered a skype phone. Delivered with the wrong adapters for uk use. I spent 3 months to get jayden the customer service rep to understand and action my complaint. After many email exchanges and promises of action i am still waiting. Dont use chat and vision. They are clearly retarded and rubbish. Dont say i didnt warn you. I am beyond dissatisfied and well into disgusted territory. 1 star is generous .
