Cheap Supplements 

Good price and quick service. Can't ask for more.

Within 24 hours of ordering, I was told that some of my items were out of stock (even though when ordering it says 'in stock'), but i thought fair enough, these things happen.

My items were then changed to alot less volume of what i wanted/ordered, and the order day put back over a week (initial order time was 1-2 days).

When it hit this delivery day i received a text from the courier that my items had not been received and the delivery date was put back even further.

Through this whole time I had sent 3 emails to Cheap Supplements that had gone unresponded.

I would not recommend them, nor will I be using them in the future.

Didnt deliver my item to me, delivered it to a neighbour and then wouldnt respond to emails.

Incredibly poor service and will never, ever order from your website again. I was warned by two people about using this website and they were right, so no product and no refund.

Excellent prices and super delivery. I made a mistake online and it was rectified for me without any bother at all. Thanks a million I'll definitely be a regular customer now and I'll recommend to all my friends.

I purchased a Dorian Yates DVD back in 2011. It NEVER arrived. In fact the order is still 'processing' It is now 2014 and no money back and as far as i'm aware the DVD never arrived. I want my £25 back!!!!!

Website not up to date regarding items out of stock. Nearly every order this happens to me, I ordered an item I was emailed back saying it sorry that item is out off stock... I was offered a alternative item which I accepted but when I received the alternative item it was over 2yrs out off date. yes I was given a refund yes I am happy with the response. more attention to detail and better administration is required.

I ordered a tub of protein and got it for a very good price. The delivery came in 2 days.

Prices are the best in the net and they always deliver what you order. Expect a lot of delays though if you arfe ordering outside of UK

I have sometimes had to change an order after it was placed and this process was also made super easy by them! Compared to sow of the chaos I have had with unrelated online companies, these guys do exactly as they say they will every time! Thanks!

The product was delivered quickly and met my needs perfectly

When I was doing my T&T I could not see my status under my order nr. how far my package was.

I tried severel times to call you at your free phone services, but nobody was picking it up.

I have been trying to get hold of Allmax IsoNatural for about 6 months now and got my order cancelled three times as they do not update the website properly. As far as the aforementioned protein is concerned - even today the website still says "In stock - Free UK Delivery" - Go ahead and try to order this item and see what happens. And what will happen is you will receive an email that your items have been backordered then cancelled due to no stock.
The most frustrating thing is that you need to wait a week to see the money back in your account.
This has been an ongoing issue I tried to dispute with the anonymous customer service representative who uses plural form 'we, us, etc' and never puts his name at the end of his emails.
Unsigned, unprofessional and unacceptable!
Cheap Supplements basically mislead customers by their 'IN STOCK' status of items long gone or non existent. Do not be taken in and avoid shopping with them!

Ordered the Blender Bottle Sports Mixer Bottles in various sizes over three different orders, paid via paypal. The bottles are top notch quality and the brand best I've seen, highly recommended.
Cheap Supplements have a good online statement of my account where I can see that my items have been dispatched and all have been thus far, quickly! I contacted for info on my first order via emai and they responded within a couple of hours, which was excellent considering it was out of normal office hours and the weekend. They all arrived within about 3-4 days of ordering and in good well packaged condition. I will be using this company again.

I orded 2 coil shaker mix bottles and after payment went through, I was sent an email saying they weren't in stock and then offered another brand that was double the price. To their credit they did refund me immediately.
Surely the availability of their products should be made clear on their website before a customer purchases - and if they do run out of a product, give the customer a comparable one at the price the customer originally purchased for.
I won't go through them again as I don't want to get charged credit card fees, then refund fees. It's also a waste of time and messes up my bookkeeping.
A real shame as I would have been ordering this product on a regular basis as a gift for all my new customers.

I'm very happy with the service cheapsupplements.co.uk provided me. I got my delivery in two working days, got emails and texts saying what time they would deliver and the option to change that if i needed to. I wasn't in when they delivered so they left it in my buildings office as per my intructions. Because I had ordered something else from another website in the same day, and the texts and emails I got didn't have the name "cheap supplements" in it (i believe the company name is actually "chaice nutrition"), i got the two orders confused and thought the text/emails i was getting were from the other website, so i wrote to cheapsupplements.co.uk to find out what had happened to my order, and got a really fast response from customer service, clearing up my confusion. I then went and picked up the products from my buildings office, which arrived in perfect condition. In short, overall a perfect buying experience, definetly recommend it!

Ordered two 450kg optimum nutrition casein protein in chocolate to then get an email after I'd paid for my products to say they're out of stock and only have vanilla. They should of updated their website to say they were out of Stock before people purchased that item. I decided to just get vanilla instead to save waiting to get my money back and looking elsewhere. However the deal was great and the delivery service was excellent so it makes up for that little mistake.

I have used this website a few time now and never had a problem. Products arrived on time and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

I ordered schiex gloves medium, paid for them and then they said they not available. then the question is- why is not uptadet on website? was very disapointed. sorry guys no good feedback from me!
