Customer service don’t care about customers at all.

Excellent service and experience right from the booking (at very short notice) to the time we checked out. Absolutely seamless. Clean furnished apartment very conveniently located. The Senior Guest Relations Specialist who handled the booking, Ayesha Akhtar, was an absolute gem and her efforts were commendable in handling this booking as was her availability to attend to queries.

I had a very positive experience with Citybase Apartments - Ayesha was very responsive, friendly and helpful in all my interactions.

I had to find an apartment at very short notice, and they went the extra mile in helping sort that out late on a Friday afternoon. The apartment was great, and I had no problems there. They were also helpful after the stay in ensuring a swift return of the deposit.

Excellent service, nothing was an issue, couldn’t have worked out better

Good service, and when we had to cancel due to the Corona crisis the cancellation and refund was processed very swiftly.

Initially I stumbled across the apartment lets online and had the option to book through comparison sites.

As the reservation was quite last minute and options seemed to vary quite drastically between each comparison site - I contacted the team directly to make enquiries.

I was referred to Ayesha (guest services) within a few hours and from the first email. Ayesha was always quick to respond and ready to advise re: property options and costings (even with the challenge of late changes to the arrival date and an additional guest).

She was able to assist with everything from the initial enquiry to the final booking of the property and really did help to make a stressful situation much more managable.

Cannot recommend highly enough!
