Great on communication skills with customers. Help me find the right suppliance that I need and great delivery time.

We ordered a Beko Fridge freezer online. No problems, delivery date set for today.
Received texts saying delivery between 1.07 & 2.07.
They turned up at 1pm.
Polite, friendly & courteous.
Delivered into the shed, packing removed and taken away.
All done in no more than 10-12 minutes.
Well done and thanks to the 2 delivery guys.

Delivery cancelled with no communication, rebooked - arrived 2 hours earlier than planned slot and no option but leave work to receive it - poor communication.

Ordered a gas cooker for delivery on the Saturday. Received an email Friday night to confirm delivery between nine thirty and ten thirty Saturday morning. Nine fifteen on Saturday I received a voicemail from them saying the tailgate had broken on the lorry so they would not deliver that day. It was coming from Manchester to Sheffield so not that far. Delivery was rearranged by them for Tuesday.!! I spent twenty minutes on the phone trying to get through, eventually I spoke to someone and said Tuesday was no good to me as I needed the cooker urgently as mine had broken. The only response was "sorry we will give you a £20 voucher". I refused the voucher and asked if they only had the one lorry. He didn't reply just said it was where it had broken down. Therefore the order was cancelled and I got one straight away later that day from another company.

Misleading web site unclear and clearly needs updating and clarity.

Bought expensive items in the belief that they were offering 5% reward but it turned out not true. Their solution give a screen grab of evidence from 9 weeks ago!!!

Pathetic response. I feel ripped off and misled. Beware before you purchase from this site, also read very carefully their discounts and rewards for exclusions and exceptions.

Ordered 49in Samsung smart telly the day before 'Black Friday'. It was delivered the day after, an hour earllier than the pre-advised time, they having phoned for my consent. Delivery guys unpacked and helped me fix the stand. Excellent service, absolutely nothing to fault. Great tv. Thanks to everyone at Co-Op Electrical.

I ordered a washing machine with a Saturday delivery. The evening before I received a text with my 1 hour delivery slot.
They arrived right in the middle of the hourly slot and installed my washing machine and recycled the other one for free (I think this was a special promotion though) but the machine I bought was cheaper with them than anywhere else so that was just an added bonus.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Fridge freezer broke - ordered new one online - waited 3 days (which is amazing cause it took insurance company nearly 4 weeks to try to fix it and they couldn't).

Got taller one than old one so had a problem bringing it in the front. One hour delivery slot for a very reasonable price, Delivery arrived during allocated 1 hour slot - explained they had to take it round the back - wonderful service from delivery men,

Would definately use this company again.

out tumble dryer died a couple of months ago at around 10pm on a Thursday night. We looked online at replacements rather than repairs due to it being poor anyway. We found one we liked and Googled for the cheapest price, which was Co-Op by about 10% including delivery compared to the next cheapest. The contacts from Co-Op were clear and helpful. We also received a text message the on the Friday and it was delivered at the start of the timeslot before 9am on the Saturday morning. The delivery guys could not have been more helpful. Excellent all around.

Have made 2 purchases, both with home delivery. Each time they gave us a 1-hour time slot and delivered on time. Well pleased.

After a nightmare experience with Currys, Co-Op Electrical were a breath of fresh air. Here's how it went:

- Free delivery with a 1 hour time slot, which they can text to you the night before the delivery is due. They came right at the start of the slot that they said they would.

- Took away all packaging once they'd brought the product inside

- Made polite conversation and had all the finishing touches, like closing the gates on the way out.

Professional, efficient service, with plenty of communication leading up to delivery.

Left a dreadful review for Currys due to their lazy deliverymen using a pathetic health and safety excuse not to deliver a fridge to our property, as we have eight steps up to our door and Currys would only go up Four!
We ordered an American Fridge freezer on the Co-op's website, unlike Currys, the ordering process asked about obstacles and steps to the property. We even spoke to a friendly represented to ask about the likelihood of being let down again.
The two delivery men turned up on time, were smartly turned out, friendly and courteous. (the exact opposite of Currys) After making a quick dynamic risk assessment of the steps and route into our kitchen, the man made a knowledgeable explanation of how to get it into the property as I would be helping to get it up the stairs.
The whole process of getting it into the kitchen was seamless, making sure no damage was done to the property, using sheets to get it over the wooden floor. The packaging was removed for me, the process of returning the item if it was damaged (it was in immaculate condition) or if I was unhappy with it was fully explained.
The Delivery men were of a different calibre than that of Currys'. although being twice their age, they were able to get the fridge up the steps without a hitch. showing an 'old school' work ethic. they were both chatty and were happy in their work.
If a representative of the Co-Op reads this review, would you please pass on my thanks again to the two delivery men. I thoroughly recommend the Co-Op as my wife and I are over the moon with the service we received and the great product.

I bought a Sebo last weekend. I know it's a great vacuum cleaner as I had one before. Email came on time. Date and time for delivery came on time. Everything was 100% . I am sure if I will need anything again I will order again with the Co op.

I bought a tv but it arrived damaged - not the Co-Ops fault, it happened in transit. They arranged for it to be collected within 24hrs and refunded immediately, no delay at all. Unfortunately the CoOp did not have any more of the same make so I had to order through Ballicom, who were the complete opposite; tv arrived damaged (I know, what is the matter with these couriers - it never used to happen so much with Royal Mail) but they took three weeks to collect the damaged tv and another two weeks after that to refund me. And then they complained about a poor review!

Just left a very bad but honest review for the gas superstore, so thought it only fair that I leave one for the co-op electrical who I used when the gas superstore let me down.
Absolutely brilliant! Ordered an oven and hob for a customer on a Thursday, emails and texts to inform me of a delivery time, both delivered (for free) two days later on the Saturday, and delivery ahead of schedule which meant I could get back home in time to watch Wales play Scotland! Just placed a second order yesterday for a fridge freezer, email and text earlier to say being delivered tomorrow morning. Excellent service so far, I will be using them again!

Ordered two items from this website since moving into my new house. They offer time slots and stick to these on delivery. They also ring the night before or on the morning to let you know when they are coming. Delivery men are also lovely!

I will always be ordering electrical items from this company as, unlike others, they are very reliable with their delivery service.

- This is what they promise: "Free Rapid Delivery / 60-minute time slots".
But once you have ordered you'll soon find out that the delivery of the
appliance will take up to 28 days. Co-op Electrical is not able to give you
a delivery date when requested, not even an estimated one.
- "This item has now been discontinued by the manufacturer and no
direct replacement is available". Even now, after several weeks, this
item still hasn't been removed from their website and is STILL
continuing to be for sale on their website!
- A refund was eventually processed following my emails and phone
calls. (My first request was just ignored.)
- Their customer "services" are an absolute disgrace.
(One doesn't have a clue what the other one is doing.)

This is my third major purchase from Co-op Electrical and in my honest opinion they cannot be beaten on price or service.

This washing machine is great for the price, it has lots of useful features for you to customise your wash, get the temperature and spin speed you want and not have to wait hours for a cycle to end, e.g. a daily wash for a 7kg load at 50 degrees takes under an hour (just remember to press the black auxiliary buttons for added features before you select the programme), with a decent speed spin available on most washes. Nice roomy detergent drawer. It's also not as deep as some larger load machines so fits more tidily into the space. Any negatives? Not really - It is a little noisier than my old Hotpoint Aqualtis it has replaced, but that was an exceptionally quiet machine, and a little water remains inside the seal at the end of the programme, but nothing major. Early days, but overall, happy with my purchase and customer service from Co-op

Best price by miles for BF Hardline on PS4 and also offered with free next day delivery. Website was nice and clear and the whole process was simple and friendly. I received emails every step of the way including a tracking number and the game arrived next day as promised.
10/10 keep up the good work folks.
