The good thing about coffeehots is that I found Insanity at an insanely low price. I was a little scary for me because I had the whole "if it looks too good to be true,..." fear going on, but I took the risk. I did get a brand new Insanity DVD set complete with all of the promised extras in the factory packaging, and I had it in my hand less than a week after I ordered it. The price and the product were amazingly good.

The bad side of my experience with this website is that the website was almost impossible for me to use. If the price of Insanity hadn't been so low, I would have given up and gone to another website. Then, it was impossible for me to track my purchase on the website. I wrote to Coffeehots customer service about my concerns, and I never received a reply from them. I don't know if they even have a customer service person manning their emails.

Overall, I did get what I ordered at a price that couldn't be beat, but the website is full of bugs, so be aware of those issues.

The price was lower than I found anywhere else. The product was shipped faster than I was expecting. Martin McNair is more than safe to do business with. I am very glad I found your site.

Ordered the insanity workout program and never received it. I sent an email to track the package or see what happened to the package, I never got an answer.

It shouldn't take a month to get a order unless this is a Internet scam.

I was skepitcal at first because it was such a good price and thought it was to good to be true!! I placed my order on a Saturday and had it by thursday. I would definitely buy from them again!!!

Coffeehots' price was great. The vacuum was shipped promptly and is so light and easy to handle. It replaces another Oreck that I have had for years It is going to another family member's home to enjoy also.

I was a little nervous because it was such a good price, almost too good to be true. It was here in just over a week. I didn't get a shipping confirmation until the day it was delivered. It is here, brand new, and you can't beat the price.

This is my dream vacuum cleaner and I've priced it every where! I even get a discount at the Oreck store for being a loyal customer , but I payed HALF by ordering from you! This was my 1st purchase from CoffeeHots.net so I waited to see if this was actually the same model, not some rip-off junk, or reconditioned crap... but it's brand new , the real thing , and was delivered 3 days before expected. I'll be a frequent customer !

I placed the order on 4/15 and received UPS tracking number via email on 4/20, which showed the item was shipped on 4/18, but was called back by shipper/seller on 4/19. I contacted Coffeehots twice via emails, but never got any responses. Although I got the refund (on 4/25) without any explanation, this makes me wonder their purpose. I am going to replace the credit card, just in case.

I purchased the Insanity work out at a fraction of the cost, and it's brand new! Shipping was quick as well.

I have yet to rcv my order but I've already rcvd 2 diffetent emails asking about the service. In the first email that I rcvd it said that if I hadn't rcvd my order in 1-2days to contact the site so I did. I sent them an email telling them my concern. The email that I rcvd back said," are you sure the payment was completed?" What kind of service is this? I paid through PayPal and rcvd a confirmation email from them thanking me for using PayPal, but from this site I'm being regarded as if I never actually placed the order. Whatever you do don't purchase anything from this site its not worth the bs thst they're going to put you through.

Wasn't so sure what I would be getting because the price was so good. I was pleasantly surprised that the DVD's were the real deal from the company that produced them.Payment was easy and delivery was fast. This is a great place to buy from!

After reading reviews from other buyers, I was relatively certain this was going to be a horrible experience, but I just couldn't resist the price. $42.00 for The Insanity workout set? They normally retail for $170!!! That's an insane discount and they even threw in free shipping. They had a pretty good return policy, so I figured if it didn't work, I'd just return it. It came two days later (via FedEx) in a beachbody box (they are the company who manufactures the workout DVDs). I opened it to find exactly what was promised...a brand new, factory sealed set with all the fixings. As other reviewers have mentioned, the package did contain an order receipt for a value much higher than what I paid. The slip does note that it is an order receipt and not an invoice. I checked my bank statements and I wasn't charged the higher price (which was the full price for the set and $130 more than what I paid). In the end...I couldn't be happier. I would DEFINITELY recommend.

The price was low. Customer service is non-existent. But the bottom line (out of pocket expense) is good. However I was confused with ---@gmail. I had not used this site and was wary.

I couldn't believe I found the Insanity workout for so cheap on this website. Having never used this website before, I was a little weary to do so. But, all is well! The shipping only took a couple days and it was brand new. I will definitely be ordering from this website again and have already referred friends to it!
