Costacoffee 

Today when I went into costa, I ordered a rocky road and I waited about 10 minutes. I then eventually asked where my order was and with that, they had told me they had forgotten my order and they served the customers behind me. once I had finished, I ordered a drink to take home for my brother, but this time I was waiting 20 minutes and by this point, I was furious as I felt I was being ignored. I went up and asked them where my hot chocolate was and they again told me they had forgotten.. AGAIN!
by the time I received my order, i walked out, got home and realized that they hadn't put the marshmallows and cream on the top. will not be returning to the Borough green costa again!

I went to Costa in Next in Cwmbran, Wales today. As usual the woman server was rude and offish. Her assistant was just as bad (I heard him call her boss). She makes one feel as if she doesn't WANT to serve you. Another young assistant actually very quietly apologised to me for their unwelcoming behaviour. The other two had quite simply, bad attitudes. I used to love going there when shopping at Next. Such an unpleasant experience caused by the most unpleasant servers ever.

Have complained to Just eat and Costa (S-o-T). The quality was bad. First and last time I order from here. As a treat I ordered myself a Scone that comes with Jam, cream etc but just a scone came, no butter, no Jam, no cream but I got three plastic knives. I have no Jam, or cream or butter at home. so I cannot eat the scone. Teacake, was solid as a rock, I tapped it against the plate and it broke into piece. It just crumbled. I have no idea how old this teacake is! Salted Caramel Frappe was lovely. The Ham and Cheese toastie was okay, cheap cheese isn't my thing and I didn't enjoy the taste, but was hungry so I ate it. I was so looking forward to the Scone, not things I order or eat unless on Holiday. Gutted. I don't feel like this is Just eats issue, they are not responsible for the food quality. Costa when I contacted them blames Just eat, no, its you who bakes, cooks, prepares, all food not them. Makes you wonder about the quality of the food, the date on them, etc I had a good mind to report them to the Food Hygiene agency and send the foot to them. Won't order from this Costa in town.

In Costa today. The toilet is disgusting. When staff are told there response is not worth mentioning. Luckily there is a public one across the road which was cleaner. Costa at Harrow Road, London W9.

Lady mead Guildford, the Costa here is always a great place to grab a coffee. Tom the barista is always helpful and has a smile for everyone who enters.

Normally such a good experience going for a coffee at Costa I find, with my local branch being a great visit.

However, the same cannot be said of the Blackburn Cobden Court branch.

2nd time I've arrived around 4:50pm in the past month only to find both the entrance & exit barricaded with a row of chairs. A quick check on the website & app gives me a closing time of 5:30pm.

On calling a staff member across & asking if they are closed he said yes. I then pointed out the company closing time advertised as their particular branch to be 40 mins off, to which is reply was 'I don't make the rules, mate', then walking away.

A negative review fully deserved.

What poor customer service, just ignoring me. We purchased some Costa vouchers for my wife's nieces in Northern Ireland, sent them over for Christmas and they did not work. Something to do with it being a different franchise even though its Costa UK!! All we want to do is exchange them but as per usual in this day and age you can never speak to anyone all has to be done by email so they can mug you off. Anyway that will be the last time they take a penny of our money.

I have just bought a coffee from Costa coffee at Milton Keynes Hospital.
I ordered a large skinny latte.
The skinny milk bottle finished so instead of opening a new one she just topped up with semi skimmed green top bottle.

She did not tell me or apologise. It was just laziness from her part and the ignorance regrading calorific values of skinny and semi-skimmed.

I am so disappointed. I visit this store fairly regularly and feel that I cannot trust the costa staff anymore.

I usually order on the app so never really see them making it.

Unfortunately, you have lost a regular customer.

I could not talk to her and address the issue as there was a long queue behind me.

Having just spent some time in Australia where they only have small independent shops selling the most delicious coffee, it was such a disappointment to be served lukewarm tasteless coffee today in Costa. I couldn't even finish it as it was so awful - I won't be going back again

Used the delivery service for your Costa in Kingston Milton Keynes,

Useless - 3 times in the last week we have placed orders for delivery from this store - we ordered mango and passionfruit coolers and instead got something completely different and items missing - either the staff in there don’t know what their own items are - or they think they can send something you didn’t ask for regardless. Needless to we won’t be wasting our money with them again

Visit to the Horsepath branch in Oxford. The Decaf Latte I bought was awful - very weak and tasted just of hot milk. Not the first time this has happened so I suspect some change of policy or product. To add insult to injury, the almond croissant I bought was rock hard and clearly not fresh. With so many good independent coffee shops springing up (most of them being much cheaper!), I can't see any reason for re-visiting any Costas in the future.

Costa stores are falling apart. Yesterday, Haddington Shopping Centre store had another coffee machine broken and no toast. Haddington tesco store had no toast and a broken fridge. Dundee sfore had no dishwasher so only paper cups and limited food items. Whats the point!!

The most useless coffee service I’ve ever experienced in my life. It took over five minutes to just get served and when I did, there were five other customers still waiting for the coffee in what would’ve otherwise been a very quiet coffee shop, having placed my order and explaining I was going to drink inside. I was given two disposable cups. I went up to get a cup and whilst waiting AGAIN. A cleaner sprayed the table in close proximity to my coffee and placed it on my tray to take it away. When I explained that I was still drinking it and I’ve acquired a cup by trying to give me back a coffee which I have just sprayed with detergent.

Was disappointed to find your not doing chicken wraps any more and are doing chicken pizza wraps there not the same and taste horrible please change back

So if all stated with me working at next costa coffee at castlepoint, it was my first job and I was 16 at the time, it was the most toxic workplace , I came home crying most days from the treatment from the management , I got told I was useless on a week in by the manger , without any training at all.after a couple of weeks there I moved stores hoping for a fresh start and to hopefully meet some nicer people , I then worked there on the weekends for about 8 months however allot happed in that time we went through 4 different mangers , not one of them botherd to teach me how to make the drinks even though I asked multiple times , however the last manger there “Stuart” should not be working in any work place like that , long story short I took a small pot of cream home , we used to be able to take cakes and small things like that home at the end of the day with are old mangers , he then approached me saying I wasn’t allowed ,I apologised and said it won’t happen again, then I come into my next shift the next Saturday and I was approached by 2 adults sitting at a table quite literally interrogating me over a pot of cream , I was only 17 at the time so I was very overwhelemed with the situation at hand , they were awfully rude the people that were doing this and writing everything down . Like I was a criminal or something. He then suspended me I felt visctimised and harassed , he then came to my house personally delivering letter after letter to my door about this , not only this he was texting me as well. he did this to other member of staff “the ones he didn’t like and had it in for , all the younger age group”. Not only this he also gave free things to the staff he liked like bottles of syrups. Also around the time I quit about 5 other people did , so there was clearly something wrong , costa coffe the company clearly didn’t care , they are a selfish company. It’s Horrible stressful company to work for , would not wish it upon my worst enemy.

Terrible!

We had a just been discharged from an A&E visit to hospital with our newborn. We thought we would get a quick coffee and toastie on the way home.

The app sent us passed a branch we were right next to. Not only that it got our order wrong. By this point we just wanted to go homeX The staff were unhelpful and did not know how to use their app so we couldn’t cancel.

In addition, I emailed Costa Coffee customer services about this and I did not receive a reply.

The service and add-on is not to bad, but does not make up for the bad coffee. Life to short for another Costa coffee.
