CrossFit Copenhagen 

My sister was one of the many people that have been scammed by CrossFit Copenhagen into a membership through a "prize" of free training (look at the large # of negative reviews by others!). Despite her explaining her situation (on top of the struggles by the COVID-19 pandemic, she is currently unemployed), CrossFit Copenhagen did not cancel all the fees.

Horrid. Do not give your business to this dishonest and greedy organisation - they use misleading and deceptive advertising about a 'free training prize' in order to trap you into a contract. I thought I had 'won' a free training in a raffle but, due to a health condition, never attending any trainings (or walked though their doors for that matter). Six months later, Arca sent me a bill for four months of membership, stating that Terms and Conditions had required me to cancel an automatic membership that I never knew I was signing up to. After explaining my situation (I am unemployed and job prospects are slim in light of the pandemic), they still refused to reverse the charge (they did reduce it slightly but that does not necessarily help in my situation nor does it address the fact that they use such disingenuous tactics to trap people unknowingly into contracts). This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business and their customer service. Please, for the sake of all the people who have been screwed over by by this business, do not give your money to Bäckerei.

I was a member for one year and I really like the workouts and the gym, but the support is horrible.
Recently I received a letter from a debt collecting agency asking for 850kr - it turns out that CFC sends me to for owning them 45kr because of missing a class and the additional 800kr fees to the agency. After explaining that to support I got a generic message saying that it's my fault and there is nothing they will do about it.
While I personally think that missing a class fee makes perfect sense, sending members to debt collection for 45kr is ridiculous and creates a really bad user experience. I was considering renewing my membership before the summer but after this, I would definitely not do it.

Really good set up with attentive trainers and lots of classes on offer. Much cheaper than CrossFit in London.

Things work really smoothly if you can be fairly independent (i.e. use the app, sign in at the boxes etc.). I've found it's often several days before receiving a response to enquiries and even then it's often quite quick replies that you need to follow up with again.

On the whole though, good value for money for really effective classes around Copenhagen.

Have totally enjoyed crossfit so far, a new challenge for my body and a cool variety of trainings. Really satisfied with their system and working hours, although, the check in machine could be a bit improved :D

I love Crossfit. The facilities are fine. everything works well. Træner are always very good at helping. I don't speak Danish but every time I need help they speak English with me.

35 workouts at Bazaren, Valby. I love the atmosphere. The trainers are fabulous and ready to go extra miles to help. I am here to stay. I am loving it.

Really great training! I feel super great after that. Quite tough but it works! The coaches are also patient!

Great gym, great workout and good coaches. I think the location is a bit on the small side when the classes are full.

Good value, efficient and with plenty of range and choice of exercise.

Best box I've been to abroad. Probably top 2 or 3 boxes I've been to compared to boxes I've been to in the States. Definitely check it out.

It's a place that makes you begin your crossfit journey regardless of your strength, stamina or size. CFC is for anyone who wants to become strong; physically and mentally. The community and coaches are built to build you.

I got a free trial membership from a friend (part of a refer a friend offer) and I had multiple billing issues. Even though I signed out and cancelled my membership a few days after receiving it (I had another gym membership so I knew I did not want to be paying for both) and I was charged for the remainder of the month after the two month free trial even when cancelling so early because the instructions were unclear. Now I was charged the very high price for a full month, a month where I had received a confirmation message two months ago that my membership would be cancelled by now... I would not recommend doing the trial membership.

Crossfit Copenhagen offers a fabulous training platform! Personally, I love that every class is lead by a professional trainer. It means that I push myself; in a regular gym I find that I just don't inflict the same level of intensity on myself. With Crossfit I see amazing results. Trainers are fantastic and so are the members. Five stars from me.

I took a free trial that never was a free trial. They have been harassing me to pay for an extra month ever since.
Somebody please make them stop!!!

AWFUL! Do not join!
All communication is via email. They do not answer phone calls. They hide behind the email to rip you off and charge your credit card even though you’ve stopped your membership! Awful business concept. Awful management. Their response is always. Just send an email to which they don’t action anyhow. BE CAREFUL! Several people have been ripped off, see other reviews.

I bought a card with you when you had a deal until 1 feb and I tried to email you and cancel my membership for 2 weeks ago and never got any answer. Now I got a bill at 469 DKK and I never been using my card at crossfit Copenhagen so I don’t see the reason for the payment. I never knew that you extended my membership when I bought the card.
Could you please help me and answer my case? I red your other complains here also and it seems that many customers has the same problem.
