Bought two deuter helion 60 wheeled travel bags four years ago. The wheels on both bags have cracked and fallen apart. The plastic used is obviously inferior. I have contacted deuter twice via email over a month and got one what looks like an automated response. I guess their lifetime warranty means that how long they expect you to wait for a response. Great bag but wheels are crap.

I love my Deuter backpacking pack! I have used it on so many trips, from rugged multi-day trips to luxurious hut to hut hiking. Also, a chipmunk unfortunately chewed through my zipper and they replaced the pack; so responsive and reliable!

I've owned two backpacks from Deuter now, the first one (the Futura 32) lasted me 15 years with daily use and a lot of battering. It saw deserts, mountains and storms, not to mention the abuse of the daily commute on my bike in all weathers and I'm staggered it lasted so long, (I once had a serious bike accident and it may well have saved my back!) It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for and given that it lasted 15 years (and I have friends who replace their backpacks every year), its years of use make it a total bargain, (basically £5 a year!) When I finally came to replace it, I tried all sorts of new backpacks, but in the end, I shipped in the exact same replacement, the latest Futura 30 and I'm just as happy as ever before. The mesh system air-comfort on the back is very comfy and fits perfectly, it also stops anything in the pack digging into my back. I carry a lot of weight in it, so I need a decent system and it works perfectly. I've found it far more durable than backpacks my mates have. My final commendation is in the Fairwear certification. It means a lot to me that my kit is ethical and Deuter seems to go the extra mile. Every company these days has an elaborate CSR document and some bold claims about how they insist on the highest standards in their factories, but unless those claims are independently verified I'm always sceptical. That's why I only buy kit that's been given the Fair Wear Foundation seal of approval, and Deuter has had that for years. Kudos to Deuter. Keep up the solid kit.

Dearest Deauter, i want to complain about the quality of the new GiGa bag. Less than 1 week use and it attracts so many dust and looks very old already. I have to wipe with a wet rag EVERYDAY. The previous version of Giga material is way better. Also you PRINTED LOGO is not very presentable. I wish i could return the bag but i threw away the receipt coz i was expecting a quality product as a long time Deuter customer, now i have to look for another bag 😭

I purchased a backpack from deutergb, delivery was relatively quick but the backpack was faulty. I contacted customer service team via email but never heard back. Now I am stuck with a faulty backpack.

I have 2 deuter backpacks, they are great, but i made 2 questions in past at the online customer support. I have never recived an answer. Very bad.

I am fed up with always writing bad reviews for bad business so making a point of doing a good one for a business who have merely done what any business should: produce a good product; sell it at a reasonable price; have a simple to use website (it was more or less); have a proper email address and phone; send goods promptly and well wrapped. Deuter managed these, thank you. Sad that such service is 'five star' and to be actively praised, rather than the norm.

For a first solo album this is very good.Lots of ideas and experiments emerging and clashing almost by chance.It is very much an artist emerging from the German Rock era of the late sixties and early seventies(Amon Duul,Can etc.).
Deuter's subsequent albums lost the playfulness of this album as his interest in eastern religion increased.Some may lament this loss;Others would see this as a quaint stepping stone to the beauty of later albums.(I regard "Haleakala" and "Ecstasy" as essential within the burgeoning New Age scene.).

You love Deuter or you don't. I have my third Deuter's backpack and will continue buying them to all my family.

I have fake Deuter backpacks (now torn in some places) but OMG the quality, the fabric and finishing are not comparable to the original Deuter. No more fake.

Made payment on Monday and got my Deuter Aircontact 45+10 yesterday(Tuesday), it was pretty fast delivery and my beloved Aircontact 45+10 was in good shape.
