Complete bunch of thieves. Happy to respond to my emails when I wanted to return a parcel due to being falsely advertised but as soon as they received it, I've heard nothing about getting my money back. Having to pursue through eBay. Avoid these thieving scrotes at all costs.

II got what I ordered (Disney descendants doll) in fairness and We’re happy enough with the product but it took 7 weeks of a wait, it was stuck in customs for some reason for a month. I got so tired of waiting for this toy I just ordered it on amazon.co.uk and it was here within a week. I will definitely stick to more well known online merchants going forward. It was a good thing I wasn’t getting a Santa or birthday present from this crowd.
And another thing...the tone of the emails when I complained left much to be desired.

I can't believe I didn't read these review before purchasing. I've ordered a doll for my daughters birthday. 4 weeks later no doll, no response and no chance to click for a refund. I can't believe this company hasn't been shut down. I'm shocked and disappointed in myself for not researching them before buying. This is a dishonest and manipulative company.

As others have said. shop elsewhere.

do not order from this scambag!!!! i ordered dolls for my daughter and quess what has not arrive and he dont respond to any of my call and messages!! Do not order from this bullsh*t company!! This guy knows how to make money! You will die from hell modafucka

Thank goodness i read these reviews before i sent any money fir a so calked" smart watch" advertised in a national newspaper, i will purchase a real one from a jewellers!! Surprised a national paper woukd let them advertise but then money does the talking!!!!!!!!

I ordered a wheel hub/bearing over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve messaged the seller but he’s just playing games asking me to repeat my address over and over again.. after that there’s no reply. I’d like to show up at his shop to resolve this as I’m sure his attitude will change when Iv has hold of him. If anyone can help I will be very grateful. Thanks

Do not buy from these people, the part that we purchased, a car door lock, became faulty 2 weeks after fitting, they had a full mechanic report and still refused to replace the part or refund the money for the part.3 weeks that we could not lock our vehicle.

Scammer. I paid up front for evie doll he doubled the price and refused to despatch doll.

I bought some wheel hubs for my car at a reasonable price. Fitted myself as a competent unqualified mechanic. The hubs have been on my car less than a month less than 100 miles and failed the mot as the bearing are shot. Cheap crap. I'm fuming. The company will not replace the item as they stated they give a 2 year warranty. They only say that to get your money.
Do not buy from this company.

I wouldn’t ever order from this man. My sister ordered 2 Evie dolls off the descendants he made her pay on 2 separate transactions only sent 1 doll out now she paid nearly £60 for a doll what she hasn’t got. He’s ignoring her and he is ignoring me too, PayPal won’t do anything because he’s provided the same shipping for both of the dolls when a matter of fact is only 1 doll came and he hasn’t sent the other because he’s ignored her ever since. This man is a slink bumping people out of money just before Christmas. In my opinion DO NOT ORDER.

Bought a transit prop bearing from them via eBay. It only lasted a few months the cost was £13.00. I went back onto my recently purchased items and clicked on to buy another from them. To my surprise their price jumps from £13 to £111.00.
I emailed them to see if this was a mistake and they told me due to the stock being scarce the price has gone up. I believe they are just ripping people off. I ended up buying one from Fords for a fraction of the price. Avoid these thieves

Absolute nonsense of a company bought a rear hub within 2 days of driving not even 40 mile covered bearings had gone contacted them all I got was send pics I did so then asked send pics of the back then of the box it came in then a video then is it still on the car erm no I'll just let my frigging car rest on the ground then asking more pics joke of a company

I messaged about a dolland that I will place an order in 2 days.. I then go. On their website they put price up. I messaged they say it was sale... It wasn't sale as it wasn't crossed off like the rest of the sales.. Liers.. Greedy...

Now I go on here read all the reviews I am glad they put price up done me a favour ha ha...... Lucky escape...

Ordered car parts that turned out to be faulty, replied to all their requests for more information, pictures etc, buy the time you finally get fed up and go to eBay to resolve the issues, your out of time for eBay to sort the issue, and basically hard luck, money lost....avoid the company like the plague...

Never again will I use this company. I ordered a doll on the 11th November2018 and still had no shipment tracking number in December. It was a present from Santa for my child. PayPal sorted out my refund. My only advice is to stay clear. Be warned.

This company is absolutely disgusting. My daughter using her own birthday money purchased a doll on the 24th August 2018. It is now November. No doll has arrived. They refuse to give a refund. It was just over £50.00. They are constantly ignoring my messages. The company is a scam and nothing more than a bunch of thieves!!!!
