Agents who refer your request to other double glazing companies.Initially very helpful and I received 3 calls from double glazing companies within 24 hours to arrange quotes / visits.
Unfortunately 2 of the 3 companies they choose, failed to come at the appointed time. One company rearranged the initial appointment and failed to turn up at the new time, another said they were busy for 4 days and on the day of the appointment, they cancelled. The 3rd company was a well known national firm, who although helpful, basically admitted their quote would be the most expensive (at least 50% more than local firms) as they considered their product to be a premium make. So not impressed by the companies Doubleglazingontheweb have on their books.
