Worth Zero stars!! Avoid!!
If I could leave zero stars I would!
The worst customer service I have EVER experienced!! Total waste of time and money. I paid for a voucher for a discounted course, on redeeming I was advised that course would take 2-3 days to become live, I then found that the course isn’t a recognised qualification and for it to be recognised I would need to pay a hefty fee for an external examiner! I cancelled straight away, however the following day I received the course material, contacted customer advice and chatted to the most obnoxious customer adviser I have ever dealt with, she was very matter of fact in saying I had no right to cancel and wasn’t entitled to a refund!! I’ve attempted to contact someone in charge to no avail, just completely ignored. In the end I’ve had to contact via Resolver and not even directly, I’ve had to contact via voucher company for a response. Finally get a response today, after two escalations of complaint, only to be told that as I was sent the course material (which was after I cancelled) I’m not entitled to a refund!! Please please avoid this company, along with any offers from online voucher companies offering discounted courses for e-careers aka Vizual Coaching! Your money is much better off elsewhere. You will not get your money back! Disgusting underhanded company offering little but very good at taking! Please don’t fall for the ‘great offers’!
Terrible customer service and…
Terrible customer service and misleading.
Did not provide service.
Contacted them saying I wanted to book an exam for Prince 2 and they said I had to take them by 31/12 not providing me with the 6 months I had paid for. They gave me no prior notice. I am asking for my money back, however they are not being helpful. Instead they tried to sell me an upgrade which would have cost £500 plus. Insulting and have not provided service paid for. Any upgrade should be free if they are not providing the service.
Outrageous
I have bought a voucher in September and just redeemed it on the 9th of December. The voucher was for the course and the 2 prince II exams. I received a call today (12th December) saying that the exams should be taken till 31st December and if I cannot do that, then I should pay extra. They said that there is a new version of the exam.
This is outrageous, AFTER I PAID, AFTER I REDEEMED, they are telling me they upgraded the exams and I should PAY AGAIN.
This is illegal what they are doing there!
Great
Great. I have worked with this company on a few different projects and have been very helpful and professional.
Just buy the textbook not the course!
I'm doing the PRINCE2 course with E-careers.co.uk and there is no learning process, simply a step by step click through of text pages which is exactly the same as the PRINCE2 managing successful projects with Prince2 book. No extra examples or quick quiz questions to reinforce what you have just read.
The mock exams are the same as what are freely downloadable.
E-careers Prince2 foundation and practitioner course is a waste of money. if you can learn just by reading then just buy and read the book and pay for an exam. If you need a constructed learning process then pay the higher cost of a decent institution that gets you the extra well crafted educational programme. I regret being cheap and getting rubbish!
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with, I wouldn't even know where to begin.
During the course I couldn't get hold of any tutor support for weeks, which i paid for, and when i finally did they told me a list of fees I will have to pay - NOT mentioned before starting the course. There was also information that should have been provided when I started the course - It wasn't, only when I contacted them and bugged them for it!
After all of this I have had non stop technical difficulties with them and throughout all of this, the team who were there to supposedly 'help', made the situation much worse by just constantly repeating themselves and not helping in any way what so ever. They didnt even want to listen to what I had to say.
I wish I had read reviews on this company before taking on a course with them because now I cant get my money back, even though they have falsely advertised it.
Good experience of using Ecareers.
Completed the first aid course for my workplace and home.
Very compact and easy to follow. The course is interactive with visual aids and videos to watch and listen to.
A few multiple choice module tests to complete throughout which are straightforward.
The Staff are available for support if needed too.
Thanks again...

Ecareers refused to refund my course …
Ecareers refused to refund my course after it stopped working completely half way through my learning. They say that customers can only redeem within 14 days regardless of the length of the course you paid for and whether the course is working or not after 14 days. Outrageous.
If I could have given 0 stars I would …
If I could have given 0 stars I would have. After purchasing and completing a course (and passing) I was then told to have a Cache certificate for the course would cost me a further £35 which I paid - only for the Cache not to show the level of course I took. Have complained and am deafened by the silence!! I have been told they are a national company and therefore no complaint to answer to??
In my humble opinion - AVOID!!!!

I am really happy to be given this opportunity by Sameer to complete the courses on Estate agents as well as a business course. this suits me because i want to became an estate agent as i have a lot of interest in managing property, buying and selling mainly.
This will now put me in a position after completing my course to applying for the job i want to do, i have a few friends that work for estate agents and there is now a very high chance once i have completed my course i will be in a better position to secure a job that i will be happy with.
good course. good communications through 'phone
This was a very rewarding experience and a simple graphical user interface from which to work from.
For those of you wishing to embark upon a teaching assistant career, then there is no better way to get yourself started than this course.
The level of support from the e-careers people was great. they had to help me reset my password twice...DOH!!!
I will have to save a bit now and try for level 2 assistant....but £400 is outside my budget right now.
They also do other great courses.....maybe have to give European computer driving licence a go if they do it
PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner - would not buy this course
Sales experience was easy and straight forward. I was sold what seemed like quite a good deal (PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner course plus exams for around £500). They also sent me an Ebay link for the manual so I could buy it for cheap.
Unfortunately the course was really not very good. I would have done better just studying the book. The samples questions for Practitioner throughout the course are exactly the same as the sample practitioner exams available at the end of the course. The sample practitioner exams at the end are exactly the same as the Axelos sample papers that you can download for free.
The exams are outsourced to two different companies and when I needed help from E-Careers they didn't have a clue. For example I thought I would attend a written exam but I had actually bought an online exam (much better) - the guy from E Careers didn't know this so when I was asking for help as to how I booked he was completely useless. The two other companies - Exin and PeopleCert were excellent.
Overall I guess the £500 I paid wasn't to bad given it included both exams (which I have passed), however the course really was rubbish - I think there must be much better providers.
Rip off, don't waste your money....Con artists.
Paid for a Prince2 course and the course kept on referring to manual. Emailed them numerous times asking about the manual with no answer. I get an email today saying course has now expired and I can no longer access the course unless I pay more. When I informed them that I was never informed about any expiry date as I was told learn at my leasure, they did reply to that email saying I should read the voucher????
Big con DO NOT TRUST!!!!
ECDL excellent course for the mature student.
Highly recommended for the mature student with limited IT experience really enjoyed the course.
Great salespeople - poor after-sales support
I had lots of phone calls/emails trying to sell me a project management course. Once I'd paid, things changed. Twice during the month of February I've been unable to access my account - the first time it took over 48 hours to resolve. The second time (today), who knows???? As the learning and exams are time bound, this is not acceptable. i've contacted e-careers to ask them how to raise a formal complaint and escalation.
