Is there -1 star??

Is there a -1 Star??? One Star is too flattering to the. It's impossible to get a refund and they simply throw the ball at the carrier although it is Freight Exchange who took the money. Can I report them to ACCC eve if we are a business not a consumer? Or is there any organisation we can report them to please????

Completely imcompetent - DO NOT USE

Avoid this company at all costs. Have used them 5 times so far and each delivery has had serious issues. My latest item has now been missing for a week and I am being given false and contradictory updated every time. They are not pro-active in resolving issues and every time I message them (note you cannot speak to someone on the phone) they say 'we are still waiting for an update from the freight company'

One star is too good. Avoid at all costs.

If there was a zero option freightexhange would get it. This company advertises cheap quotes then after they deliver the goods they claim they were different sizes and charge you extra to your credit card. They are basically a scam.
They tried to charge extra for different dimensions, missed delivery (Noone was home, even though they had authority to leave), claimed it was fragile and claimed it was poorly packaged. Luckily I had photographic evidence to backup my side, else, I would be trapped in their fraudulent claims. Do not use this company. They are a scam. They don't have a real phone number you can contact, they harass you with emails demanding extra money and they are outright rude.

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!

They never came out to pick the parcel and to add insult to injury they claim they were at my place and charged me! I had to personally drive 1 hour to TNT to drop it off in the end.

Total rubbish! Theives! Avoid them!

Freight was not picked up

Freight was not picked up. Freight Carrier (TNT) would not discuss my issue on the phone because booking was made by freight exchange and not direct. There is no option to call anyone at freight exchange to discuss issues.

I ended up having to make my own other arrangements at additional expense, and freight exchange are now trying to charge me additional expenses for freight that was prepaid and not transported.

Save yourself the hassle and book direct with a real transport company!

I have been using this company for…

I have been using this company for several months, when I book a shipment with them , invariably I receive another invoice as the dimensions do not match the service providers load sheet when it runs through their electronic scanner , I had the ridiculous situation of sending 4 boxes of the same weight and size to be shown that the service provider scanner had 4 separate weights and measures.
upon producing the International shipping documents proving the weights and measures I was still overcharged . Recent invoices do not match the conn note amounts , when an explanation is sought my team receive no reply, a recent insurance claim of lost goods resulted in Freight exchange unilaterally applying credits to disputed invoices for non existent amounts . I consider this theft and will take action to recover what is outstanding. Do not think this is an easy company to do business with . its not . Peter King

Horrible services

Horrible services. Should have read the review before I place an order with them.

They could find all the ridiculous excuses for their wrong behaviours even the mistake is so apparent.

Truck driver made problems with paperwork as he didn't read our instructions and failed to pick up. The company require further payment for and saying the reason of pickup futile is my packaging is unsafe, which was not even mentioned at all by driver.

I end up paid for the futile pickup and cancelled the order. Now my pallet will be late for a while as I need to find other companies.

Please be very cautious when choosing services for pallet delivery and stay away from this company as far as you could. You might end up as me and lost money and time. They are completely non-sense.

Worst experience ever dont go through them!!!!

Dear Toll / Freightexchange

 

Booking Reference: 10890243

I payed for shipment to be picked up on Friday the 15th , waited all day and there was no show of a delivery driver that day. The shipment was rebooked for the Monday I called Toll to make sure it will be picked up there response was its been accepted by the driver and will be picked up today which it didn’t for the 2nd time. The shipment was then rebooked for the Tuesday I called toll again and got the same response it will be picked up! Waited till around 4pm and called toll again as there was no sign of it being picked up yesterday.

They had then told me the driver rejected the pickup as the address was wrong which it wasn’t the address has always been correct because my company name was different from the company name at the address the driver has been rejecting pick up. When I booked the shipment online it had told me to put my company name not the company name of which I operate out of.

The problem is it took 3 failed attempts of miss delivery and me having to call Toll to find out what the problem was. You would think that Toll or the driver would have given me a call on the first failed attempt to see what the issue was. The customer was meant to receive his parcel for Xmas now a child will miss out on his gift. The order was cancelled by the customer and i was left out of pocket. Toll didn't take any responsibility and fail to compensate me for my loss and time.

Do not use this freight company

December 22nd 2017. They have lost our sons bike between Perth and Sydney.
They do not know where it is since being picked up.
They have told us to contact Toll to find out where it is. They do not know where it is either.
They don’t work weekends.
They don’t deliver on weekends.
Don’t use this company.

Incompetent

Website is a mess, unnavigable - couldn’t get past step 2 - even with the new pass code THEY sent. Non responsive to phone calls, never rang back as promised.
Bare faced liars
Might be cheap but so are they.
Take your chances,but have plenty of Panadol on hand for the migraines they’ll give you

Carrier lost our products worth over $7000
Late deliveries
PArtial deliveries
Cost our business over $60,000 in less than a month in lost contracts
Whilst they are only broking
When issues arise their staff are unable to do anything
We had to solve half of the mess ourself

Looks good online, but overall poor to support when issues arise

A clever robust platform making domestic transport easy!

Wonderful platform giving unprecedented access to big boys of domestic transport like never before. If you ever dealt with any big carrier before you would know the pain and cost. With FF platform and service they make it easier and more competitive through bulk buying power from the masses. So you don't need huge volume to gain access to competitive rates. Ofcourse dealing with Australian domestic transport will still pose challenges with any platform due to our lack of infrastructure and capable competition, FF while not the magic bullet is a step in the right direction.

Revolutionary Logistic's Company

We operate a courier service in the North west of England. We have a small fleet of 7.5 ton and 18 ton rigids. Eco Haulage is easy to use and understand allowing for greater collaboration and partnering. This has allowed us to increase the quality of our service while providing considerable time and cost savings. Although we have only only been members for a couple of months this service has already increased revenues substantially by securing additional contracts through tender.

Unfortunately I can only give Eco Haulage 4 stars as it does not currently cover the whole of the uk comprehensively. However due to the efficiency, dedication and knowledge of the staff I think this free service has the potential to grow into the UK's number one provider. I expect to see significant savings through the use of return loads as this company develops. As a result I can thoroughly recommend Eco Haulage.

Best Freight exchange going

Joined this freight exchange site with low expectations as i'm a member on a few others. But unlike this rest Eco Haulage is free! I've managed to sub contract work onto the site that my haulage firm couldnt cover, making to contacts on the way.

There seem to be more and more commercial businesses joining this site so i think its one to def keep an eye on for the future. WELL done eco haulage!
