Customer service is very bad!

Customer service is very bad!
I made an order for a bag on the spanish es.tommy.com
When i paid and received the confirmation i realized that the address for delivery was wrong.
I contacted the support team straight away, but i cant change the address. First i was told the order has been shipped, but that was not true, because i got a email telling me its delayed - but when you make an order, this cant be changed. I have had phone contact as well with customer service - and its the same answer. Any order done cant be changed.
Knowing online shopping solutions - this is VERY bad service!
Watch out !!!
And because Tommy is a big company - they really dont care, and will not help you.
My advice will be to shop in a store only - or buy from other online shops that has Tommy products - because they will give you service. (that is IF you really need a Tommy product ... ??)

Credit where credit is due, things went wrong but the Facebook team saved the day.

I had a bad experience with Tommy but to be fair to the Facebook team, after posting a negative review on the page, their team contacted me very quickly and managed to get the situation resolved. You can always tell more about a company when things go wrong. I would have given 5 stars but I still don't rate the actual Tommy customer services team. Well done to the Facebook team though!!

HIGHLY RECOMEND

Exellent service!!! No problems with return (size didn't fit). Good comunication via email. Prompt refund. Ordered same product just bigger size, few days and I got it! Love them!

It is when you need to return things you will know the true servicelevel

I purchased a watch for my youngest kid from the Tommy Hilfinger website. The trouble was that the kid had chosen the watch from a catalogue – he had never tried it on and he was misguided by the sales assistant in a store when he was checking the size of the watch. It was absolutely clear when he got the watch that this was simply too big for him and we would have to return it to Hilfinger. It couldn’t be simpler. I used the same package it arrived in just adding the UBS-return label included in the box on the front and selected the right reason for returning on the return formula – no long explanation needed. Next step was to request a USB pick-up from USB home page. My kid got the watch Tuesday morning on the 13th. I requested the USB pick-up by 1 PM same day and today on the 15th PayPal and Tommy Hilfinger notified me that the money has been refunded. That was absolutely swift and fast!
