Would of give no stars took my money for my goods and never received anything now I’m asking for money back there asking me to prove it I have sent proof honestly my anxiety is threw the roof with these I’ll never buy again off this company !!

Sad to see Exante go
Sad to see Exante go. Don’t quite understand why when on companies house it didn’t look to be suffering. Such a shame as others trying to trade off the back are higher in sugar. I turned to Exante after reading a diabetic book and went out to buy these not receive them of the nhs which also seemed a big dispenser of the brand. All a bit strange.

DIDNT RECIVE REFUND
placed a order on the 3rd of May 2024 of coconut shakes as they were the only ones in stock at the time I made 2 purchases with different orders, my order number: 577674348 and 577672316 then I got a email that both my orders have been cancelled due to stock issues I did recive a email that I have a refund due in 3-5 days but now its been 7 please refund the amount your company owes me.

I have been with Exante for a few years…
I have been with Exante for a few years and found them to be very professional and very efficient. I am very sad they are closing. I watched the TV program they were involved in which sold me the idea to start using their shakes, and other products.

Easy to ordee

Disgusting thieves
Disgusting . I just ordered nearly £70 food and bars and they just took my money on first of this April and send me one plastic bottle instead . How could you be so theive and horrible and do that to me . I needed this for 3 weeks my strict diet and you took my money on first of April and send me plastic bottle . Shame on you . Great Shakes
Have bought the shakes to follow the Newcastle diet.
Flavours are excellent (more please!).
They are great in the mouth, nice and thick.
Am surprised how satisfying they are, not hungry at all. Best of all I’m feeling really well!

What has happened
What has happened? The shakes used to be so lovely. The prebiotic ones that came next were disgusting, no flavour and so thick you need a spoon to eat it. the Vegan ones are not much better, taste powdery and there is always a residue left. The original flavours were very good, now I can't find shakes of any sort. Very disappointed and I won't be buying any more of Xante

None delivery or Refund
I placed my order on the 13th March all products were in stock, I spent over £60 to qualify for free delivery.
I first received an email apologising about the late delivery, then each day received emails saying certain products where out of stock, so far I have received none of my order and no refund, when I do email them, all I get it "IF you were charged (hello I was) you will receive a refund in 3/5 days" I still have NOT had a refund. If they don't have the products when you place the order, they should NOT charge you.
