I submitted 3 articles 1 year ago, and they are still undergoing initial review.

Besides their website being archaic, they take forever to review and approve content while charging premium price for basic level services. In addition, their customer service is non-existent. I did not see results from content driving traffic to my website. POOR ROI

Hi. Have been waiting for Ezinearticles to review 5 articles on caring for people with special needs for weeks. No response to questions and no indication my articles will be reviewed soon. Crappy customer service...or more accurately non-existent customer service. Don't bother with these clowns. They don't take their business seriously and don't care about you. Why businesses like this exist is a mystery.

For me is a surprise to read the negative reviews motivated by the late responses for the free service subscriptions. In my case, my articles were review promptly and never lasted more than a week or two...

I've been waiting 2 weeks for an article to be reviewed and no communication at all. Don't waste your time.

I had articles waiting for well over a year. I purchased a premium membership and suddenly they got approved. I submitted several support items with questions and not one of them have been answered. I cannot submit any articles from my account. Terrible customer service. When purchasing the premium membership one of the benefits listed it to have quick answers to your questions and to have as many questions as you like. I have not had any questions answered let alone quickly. They did approve my 3 articles but no communication.

Still a very relevant resource to get your inner writer skills checked! And a good resource for finding junior level stats for our schools and colleges too

Articles waiting 6 month and still no review. Total Waste of time.

Several years ago when I made the decision to Join EzineArticles I must admit I was skeptical. After I submitted a few articles and received feedback then I knew I had made a good choice.
I'm a Story Teller (although I do write marketing content occasionally)
and I have found that the Ezine Editor is a very good one.
I also like the educational blogs written by EzineArticles Staff. These are teaching tools. EzineArticles provides the tools, staff, and exposure for anyone who wants to publish.

I like ezinesarticles.com it accepts articles based on quailty unlike some other content sites, well maybe i might give a pass to otherarticles.com beecasue they are like ezinearticles to some degree.

Terrible, arrogant and unethical company that earns money by blackmailing writers for their premium accounts. Instead of being a very good writer, they will either run your account out from the submission or take long time to approve your article (more than an month)- unless you go for a premium or diamond account. To be more precise, they will blackmail you openly for money- if you submit an article for approval.

We recently closed our account with Ezinarticles.com. The website has no phone support for their clients and will only respond to emails as they see fit. Their platform does not provide any real incentive for your clients or article generation and exposure.

Also, keep in mind, if you ever close your account, they will automatically remove any and all articles that was ever produced under your account name, but will not refund you any money for those months that you have now lost.

This is a poor business practice and the fact that you paid for the previous months in which the articles were submitted. The articles should remain in the system even after the account is closed,after all you paid for those months already. Instead they hold you hostage in order for you not to lose all the work you have done in the previous months and years.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
