Missleading listing leads to wrong part delivered
Ordered, FH-M800 ratchet body ring
But ended up with FH-M800 ratchet body stopper ring
Phoned them and was refered to Shimano web site
where the part I wanted has title "ratchet body" and the part they sent me has title "ratchet body stopper ring"
Fernham cycles listing say FH-M800 "ratchet body ring" no mention on "stopper".
I offered to spend £15.00 more to get the correct part but with the wrong title, with a stamped addressed bag so i can return the wrong part but they said no i got the correct part.
"whay make such a big deal of this"

Pre-Sales support was Excellent but Delivery was Very Poor
Farnham cycles were let down by their delivery couriers Citylink who took 6 days to deliver instead of next day - very disappointing.
However iI was very satisfied with the price of what I bought and the pre - sales service was knowledgable and patient

Ordered a rear wheel with a 7 speed casette hub, an item not easy to find these days. Very reasonably priced and was delivered promptly.

Good prices, great service. However website does not reflect stock so on 2 occasions two days after order , email recd noting unavailability of item. 8 wk restock estimate. Therefore had to use alt retailer.
