My shoes came today....6 weeks after I ordered them!! I got the Mary Jane's in pink-they are more salmon. The suede fabrics ironed to the cardboard backing should last 1 time across damp grass.

The white gym shoes with the zipper in the side are 3 widths to wide!! And they wrinkle the whole toe area. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

First time buyer of the vibram fivefingers footwear, Will never look back AMAZING! cant see past these now !

They are having issues with their phone line at the time of this review, but I managed to speak to someone at FF via their live chat facility so don't let the lack of phone number put you off. They were very helpful and confirmed my order had been shipped and were happy to give me some advice. It is nice to see good customer service still exists in places. Many thanks FF!

Socks arrived promptly & in good condition :-)!

website easy to use and delivery was within 2 days. The toes socks fitted very well and I am looking foward to not having to tape up my toes to prevent blisters.

Ordered a pair of five fingers, shipped next day arrives next working day. Makes shopping online a joy.

Everything on the website points to the shoes being genuine but as far as I am aware the genuine ones are not made in China, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

An easy website to browse(I use firefox).
Found what i wanted, ordered them, received them(less than48hrs) and now wearing them.
Previous purchase history in your login page options is a good idea for reordering at a later date.

Product as advertised and delivered soon after ordered. Shame I missed the delivery and had to go to local post office to collect them and ended up getting a £70 parking fine.

Woweeee what can I say? These were my 7th pair of five fingers and these were deffo the fastest ever delivered to me. They were even wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure my precious shoes were happy being posted.Seriously though this was what you'd call perfect service...Fantastic :-)

Very speedy delivery, though I did not get a dispatch notification.
The payment system wouldn't recognise my card properly so had to use Paypal instead.

I nearly ordered a heavier pair of toe-socks from Freedom Footwear, but emailed them first to check. They got back to me very quickly and advised which socks I should get instead. I was pleasantly surprised at the consideration of the service and am very happy I followed their advice.

Found that the website was not too easy to use if you need to change your order. Socks are comfortable, but of course the real test comes when they have been washed. So far, a good product and service.

Is it possible to get excited about shoes... well from a womans perspective - DEFINITELY! Ordered them from Freedom Footwear as they are a genuine supplie of Vibram Five Fingers, received the order well within the timescale that was quoted... and I love them!

Having seen the reviews on here I felt comfortable placing and order with Freedom Footwear.

I elected for the free delivery option and expected to wait a week or so but after 10 days hadn't received anything.

I then had an issue contacting Freedom footwear (phone went straight to answer phone and the form on the website had an issue) but once I had made contact the resolution was speedy.
