order scales as very cheap price but after i had paid the lead time turned out to be 6 weeks so I asked for a refund 2 days after I had paid- 3 weeks on I am still waiting - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I don't believe I will ever get any money back from them. they keep saying that tehy will refund at the end of this month .......why? and they dont reply to emails either
Ordered a water flosser in April. Waited 6 weeks for the product. Gave up and requested a refund. After numerous emails and phone calls I gave up and had to take action through my credit card company. I use the internet a lot to buy products and have never had such poor service. Please don't be fooled by their website, they really are cowboys!!!!!
Have been waiting for an order for months, keeps "getting delayed" (yeah right). They won't respond to my emails for chasing up or for a refund!!
