Have ordered a bridge for the garden it has not been delivered and having difficult contacting anyone have I been scammed ?

I ordered 4 cylinder engine kit in April , 2021 and have yet receive this. They have my 38.97 and I can't seem to get them to answer me. This is a scam company. Don't do business with them...they were on Facebook. This is the second company I've ordered from on FB who have taken my money and never sent the products. I will NEVER buy from another company on FB!!!

I ordered a Christmas wreath from this company the beginning of December. I paid nearly 40 pound for it. The item they sent me was not the wreath I had ordered and I would not have paid 10 pound for it. It was cheap looking and nothing like the pitcures on the website. I am still waiting for my money back. I have contacted the company several times. They have informed me they have reinbursed my money but nothing has gone into my bank and now they have stopped responding to my emails. The item had to be sent back to China which cost me another 14 pound postage costs which is not mentioned on the website. Do not order from this company they are a disgrace and need shutting down.

I put an order in for a wonderland train.
Never received it, but they've had the money. Tried contacting them by email loads of times but no response. Please don't give them business, you don't get what you pay for

Appalling service, these guys are scammers! Ordered Christmas wreath for £24:98, no updates received, emailed would be seller ‘Nanjing’ and email address not working. Eventually receive a wreath nothing like the one we ordered and was offered £12, pursued with PayPal for full amount and had to pay for postage back to China, thankfully PayPal covered £15 of the £16:60 postage

Ordered christmas door wreath x2 pieces and a table top ornament for total of £44.00+. It was infuriating as they sent a sticker pictures for the items purchased. Clearly,they rip people and a scammer! Reported the incident and all I got was £22.00! I took the offer rather than wait 180 days for paypal to investigate. Never purchase or buy from this website. It is totally a waste of money and certified SCAMMER!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order and after 1 1/2 months emailed them. It was then another month before I received anything. It wasn’t what I ordered and what I did receive was the cheapest/ugliest thing I have seen. Contacted PayPal and they offered me a fraction of the price paid. Took the offer just to be rid of the matter. Don’t know why it says Gobuys.co.uk as it come from China. Scam.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ORDERED 2 ITEMS FOR THE SUM OF £38.97 ON 12TH NOVEMBER. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING DESPITE 2 E MAILS STATING THAT THE ITEMS WERE ON THEIR WAY!!! TOTAL SCAM. ANY GOOD REVIEWS MUST BE FROM THEIR OWN STAFF.

Ordered an advent calendar in November. Didn't receive it. No response to several emails.

Avoid Gobuys like the plague. I bought 2 wreaths and got poor quality products that look nothing like I ordered. Now they don’t want them back and are offering a £6 refund as compensation.
This is a Chinese company and the customer service is appealing. Do not use!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a Christmas wreath. It’s arrived but not the one I ordered . It’s so cheap and nasty that I wouldn’t put it up. I have written to them but not holding my breath.

Paid for Graco pack and play never received it. Won't answer emails. Bunch of f×÷=% thieves.

Item arrived on time, refused to turn on so I charged it, still refused to turn on. I have been on the phone to them for 35 minutes so far, they want to e mail labels to me, however, the purchase was for a laptop, due to my other one dying. Therefore I am unable to do this, impossible for them to put it in the post. Handler did ok but refused to put me through with a team leader and refused to offer another option on returning the item. I was also advised that a refund would take a long time..... currently on hold to the bank, getting them to sort it. Avoid avoid avoid

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I purchased a TV, grade A, i was offered a 10% discount doing it via bank transfer which i fully regret as i literally now have no comeback. My TV came with no cables and remote, got a new remote which didn't work. Eventually i got to the bottom of it, they sent an older and cheaper model hence the reason why the remote didn't work. I had to return this under there terms and conditions which cost 70 which after another 21/2 weeks i received a refunded cheque, its such an inconvenience having to organise this yourself so be mindful of this process. After 3 weeks i received my replacement and 2 weeks in the TV screen faded and became unwatchable, again i had to go through the process of sending this back. I used parcelforce which states on their website is who this company use but i was told over the phone not to use this company. When parcelforce delivered this TV the company refused to take it due to the fact the box looked a bit woren. The TV was completely and neatly packed as per there instructions. I wouldn't leave anything by chance as they continued to quote their terms and conditions. The courier company delivered it back to myself and now the TV has been damaged, a hole through the side which has cracked the TV screen. I am not blaming DC digital for the damage however, the courier company are now saying they do not cover TVs with a screen even though i added insurance and the value of the TV. I now have no TV and 900 pound down with no TV and TVs warranty being void and have no comeback with DC Digital. This is now with Trading Standards.

I really hope my honest review is not removed as this has already happened and i will be asking questions if it is.

I bought a tv catenate for my mother for chirstmas, i had a phone call saying they were out of stock and it wouldn't be here before christmas but they can send one the first week of january. It arrived on Wednesday 6th January. We opened it up, put the whole thing together, noticed that the wooden pannels had marks on them, took pictures of them and carrier on putting it together to test it out. The LED lights then didn't work either, so we got in touch to send it back.

We took the tv cabenete down, and boxed it back up again... Bearing in mind we had to break the box to get into the item... So we boxed it up, made sure everything was secure so that i didnt get damaged in any way so that they coudlnt pin the damage on us. some people arrived the following friday to pick it up, all well and good.

After me endlessly emailing and after i had to waited over a month for them to finally reply to say that it had arrived.

So far, i have had to wait 3 and a half months now and still have not had a full refund!, ive had to deal with their endless excuses about the faulty item not being faulty; ive had to deal with them not reply for days and even weeks on end; ive sent them pictures as proof, we've phoned them saying exactly why we sent the item back.... And still nothing! And their still saying that theres nothing wrong with it. And also they cant re-sell it because of the packaging (im sorry we're not professional packers - we made sure it was safe and secure)... They cant re-sell it anyway because its broke (the LED lights dont work) and that the quality was not as expected in the first place!

All i want is my full £199 refund... Im a student for god sake! Its not like i have £199 just to fritter away to not expect a full refund if an item i bought from a company is not the quality expected!

I am outraged to say the least! And still waitig for a refund, i am appalled with the way i have been treated and that they are lying via email, saying thay i am lying and also makig endless excuses

How card is it to refund someone's moneu, if they are quick enough to take my money they should be quick enough to give it back!

I ordered a desk from this "company". I was informed after paying that the desk would not be available for a month, I needed it right away as I had moved house and needed a desk for working at home. So I emailed and cancelled the order.
I got a confirmation that the order was cancelled (I reordered somewhere else, who delivered in 3 days and were cheaper and generally a much much much better experience), and a refund would be processed in 3 days.

3 days later the desk arrived from the company I had ordered from AND from Gobuydirect, despite me cancelling the order and getting confirmation and despite them saying they had none in stock for a month. I refused it, contacted them, they apologised. It was delivered again the next day, I refused it, contacted them, they apologised.

What then follows was a huge process of frustration and outright lies.
It basically took over 2 months!!!! for them to refund my money. Despite actually speaking to someone who confirmed and apologised.
The companies communication is shockingly bad. A freephone number that no one answers and incompetent staff who lie and screw up consistently.

I can only say avoid this company at all costs, their customer support is the worst I have ever experienced, and that is saying something.
Hitting yourself in the face with rotting meat is more fun and productive than dealing with this company.

I ordered a Alphason TV stand through the website. I got a email confirmation immediately and then was updated with delivery and tracking details the very next morning. The stand was delivered as promised and after putting it together I am very happy with the quality and design. I will use gobuydirect again and would recommend friends and family to use them too.

I ordered a TV stand from this company on 28 August 2015 and at the time was advised delivery expected within 7-10 working days. After this time lapsed I then sent an email chasing my order and was advised by the company that the item is now discontinued and I could reselect another item or have a refund.

I chose to have a full refund as the item was not discontinued at Currys PC World and another online suppliers. I wished the company had the decency of advising me at the time of ordering the item was no longer available from them.

On 16 September, that my money would be refunded to my bank account the next day and it could take up to 3 working days to clear depending on bank and by 25 September still no refund.

Fortunately, I did finally get my monies back and purchased this exact TV stand from another online supplier, which turned out to be £10 cheaper and delivered within the same week of order.

I would not use or recommend this company.
