I reached out with a few questions, and he responded very quickly and ensured everything was exactly right before processing our order. We were working to a tight deadline and needed our order by a specific date and he made sure everything arrived on time. The quality of the products was amazing, and everyone loved them.

When we needed more giveaways to be produced for our conferences, I approached Thomas at Go Promotional again for a quote as I'd been pleased with their customer service and quality of product last time.

We updated the artwork from the previous order to make it more relevant, which was all done FOC, and then proofs were made available for me to approve. Delivery was quick and simple.

Good attentive customer services. Tote bags came promptly as just as designed.

Needed 300 branded laptop bags printed for an international conference in USA. We're a UK based company who used GP to print the bags for us, and then ship to a location in the states in which they said they could.

We ordered the bags with more than enough notice so there shouldn't be any issues, however when chasing a delivery date, I found the delivery had actually been sat at the airport customs in the states pending issues with an EIN number they needed (which UK businesses don't have) - I found the support disappointing from GP given I'd expect them to handle any delivery issues given they're the company and sender and we've paid them over £3,000 to design and ship our items. Concern now lies that our bags may not reach our conference in time even though we ordered months ago. Support has been consistent, however would've appreciated more of a hands-on approach rather than directing me to handle the problem. I don't feel they should advertise they can ship internationally if they're not adequately equipped to actually deal with the laws that come with shipping.

bought a 100 high quality print non woven tote bags that cost £3.75 a bag, when they arrived the quality was shocking with a greasy residue all over the print! I wouldn't be able to sell them for a £1 each. Spoke to a chap called Jacob who just kept passing the buck, saying they were just distributors, Terrible customer service couldn't care about the quality of the products there distributing, Im a small business and cant afford to be out of pocket by nearly £400. I would never use this company again, and warning you all to be aware

Gopromotional took on my project last minute and were able to deliver. I am still astounded that they were able to produce such a quality product in such a short turnaround time. Communication was great and Tom was a class act! Thank you so much for saving me, Tom. My product was delivered to the venue so I don't have a picture but I heard they looked great.
