Decided to get 3 canvas' printed so my kids could give thier mother something nice on mother's day. Placed the order mainly because I had got an email from hellocanvas.ie with the title saying "mothers day - 3 days left to order." This was 9 days before mothers day, this to me means I have 3 days to order before it's too late.. So Mother Day has come and no canvas' have arrived.. Kids are very upset their pictures haven't arrived, thanks for the great service..👍

Ordered a large canvas with a wedding photo printed on it. Quality was excellent and it arrived within 5 days. Highly recommended.

Ordered a couple more canvas prints from HelloCanvas recently. There was a problem with their first prints but they couldn't have been nicer or handled the problem any better. I had replacements by return and they were excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff too!! Well done again HelloCanvas

Once again hello canvas delivered in all areas. They worked their magic on a canvas for me from a not very good photo. Nothing is too much trouble ,so friendly and helpful. Customer service outstanding. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so. Cannot recommend highly enough. Wish there were more than 5 stars

Was a bit dubious about ordering at first as not a company heard of before, checked the reviews and they we're all excellent. Placed my order, rapidly arrived in 6 days and the quality is brilliant. Bought as a birthday present for my mum and can't wait to give it her, she's going to love it! Definitely would recommend this company.

Purchased first order of customshapes in November. So pleased with the quality, ordered another set for my daughters new home as a Christmas present. She loves the uniqueness of the set. Would highly recommend this company. Amazing customer service.

I ordered on the 28/09/2020 .I got an email back saying the photo was to small to be printed on the selected size, so i emailed another photo. I still haven't received my order. I have contacted them by facebook email and rang the phone and still no contact with them or from them.very bad stay clear

As per other reviewers, I was very impressed by how adamant the ladies were to have quality photos so that the finished article was quality. I got it wrong a few times round firstly and eventually was spot on one night whilst I was out running in London and the delay was purely on my part but as soon as I had sent off the right photo....boom, the pictures were with me within a week.

The communication regarding the despatch / courier process was also second to none.

This company take their customer satisfaction to levels fought for by consumers in this day and age and often within this sort of industry. I looked at other companies who were much cheaper but having read their reviews, I knew that there was a reason they were cheaper.

I won't get my canvases anywhere else. I can you that now. I doubt many other companies can match this company based on price vs. quality.

I am really impressed with this company. Firstly the photo I sent them was not good enough quality to be put on the size of canvas I asked for ... They instantly contacted me to tell me this and gave me good honest advice about the largest size I could go to without losing quality of the print. Their advice in fact meant it was cheaper and they have also been very quick at sending me a refund. I have today received my canvas and am delighted and very impressed with the sturdiness and quality. So different from the last time I ordered a canvas from a different company altogether and the frame was flimsy and breaking ... This is a whole different league and at a really reasonable price. I am really impressed with the customer service, the ultra quick refund from the smaller frame they recommended (so honest!) and the excellent quality of the canvas I have now received. Would give more stars than 5 if I could !

Have 4 canvases done with them already. Just about to order my 5th :) Great stuff!

My canvas arrived within 7 days from placement of order and I am so pleased with it, the service you offer is super and the finished product is just amazing. I am absolutely thrilled. I used hellocanvas for the first time in May, and was really delighted with the finished product. I have used other similar companies. But the service and quality from hellocanvas was by far the best. Would highly recommend.

I was so delighted with the canvas i recieved, the first photo i sent wasn't good enough, they contacted me and asked me to send another of better quality rather than putting one on canvas which quite frankly would have been rubbish, they were so polite and helpful, the delivery was fast, definately the best service and canvas i've bought. I just wish they made smaller canvas prints as well as i wil definately purchase from this website again but will run out of wall space........

The picture was better than my expectation, but the service also deserves a mention, Hellocanvas were a pleasure to deal with.
