I sold my flat in North London a few years ago. Throughout Housenetwork were fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble . Far better at every single level , than the two local high street agents I had previously employed. I recommended the company to many people. Every person who employed them said the same. Every purchaser I met said the same they were brilliant .Now as a cash buyer I was gutted to find it had gone into liquidation as it was by far the best . Buying a house is so stressful and the high street agents are not a patch on Housenetwork. The hiugh street needs to change.

They went into liquidation and took my money.

2 years on I would like to write this review.

Excellent photos. I think this is the way houses are sold, since first impressions count when people view houses on the internet.
Housenetwork photographer spent hours making sure photos were perfect.
Just seen the house prices for the same size and style of house I sold with Housenetwork.
All the sold house price on rightmove over the last 2 years are way below the price I sold my house for, by over 50K.
I highly recommend housenetwork. You will not be disappointed. Their customer service and honesty are perfect too.

Went into administration but old and new customers were not told about this when signing up. They were then sold to a company called Universal Acquisitions Limited. Again no customers old or new were told. Still taking money from people but evidently no intention of honouring their contracts as a few weeks later they have stopped doing business and sacked all their poor staff. First customers knew about this was when they noticed their properties had been taken off the market. Calls went through to dead air. Then eventually there was a notice on their website with no contact number or address for queries. An email later was similarly informative. The scrupulous new owners have wasted peoples time and money and caused a lot of distress... shame on them. These criminals and this business should never be trusted again.

Used HN but they stopped advertising my house on RightMove which was disturbing. rang them but they said it wasn't in the Ts & Cs to be on RightMove? Eventually they put it back on RightMove and I sold the house. Stressful times!

Professional team and great services provided from start to end. I found them very professional and helping from the Valuation, Price advice ,pictures as well as negotiating and customer services were prompt. That made the whole process easy. I would recommend them to any one.

"Sworn to sell" very catchy wording but after a year of selling process with around 6 viewing only- I have to say how disappointed I am. Easy to take money upfront with free property valuation of £400K, year after and the property is not sold for even £349K.
Excuses, excuses and excuses. My agent changed couple of times which doesn't help.

Gone into administration

These guys have gone into administration with no warning whatsoever. I even sent a post update and checked my stats online yesterday and nothing was mentioned. No way of contacting them but Hudson Weir are the administrators and Emoov are offering to list unsold properties for free.

Not a good company to deal with, you end up doing all the work yourself,
Calls are not returned, poor service

quite honestly this is the second time ive used housenetwork, fully automated website, very nice people to deal with and instead of paying thousands to "Churchills" and "abode" of this world i used the money saved to go on a cruise. happy days !

I bought a property through house network they helped me through every single step

I instructed House Network to sell my house after looking into what high street estate agents charged. The price difference is unbelievable. I was expecting to encounter problems but I have been extremely impressed.
The pictures that they took of my property were excellent. The communication is super, weekly e mails and market comparisons and whenever I contacted them with a question they responded immediately.
I would highly recommend them as superb value for money.

I found that the lady that came to value our house and take pictures was very professional and friendly and was very impressed with what she had found out about houses in the area. All other departments at House Network were equally informative and professional. Thank you very much

It's still early days for us as we've only been on the market with HN for just over a week. However, the treatment, efficiency and customer service so far has been second to none. House Network came highly recommended and for what we've experienced til this point, I too would recommend. Only time will tell how well they do moving forward in regards viewings, sales and completion etc. but so far I'm very happy!

Impressed with communication, and speed of action. Photos taken, and the property online the next day, and viewings booked the same day!!!
