Superb Service
First time ordering from iConsume and they were very swift in their order processing and dispatch and order arrived quickly and well packed. Faultless experience. Good job guys, will be ordering from them again in the near future.

Great Range of Product
Went looking for a Pendleton Blanket, found a good range of Homewares, ordered and got free delivery, the blanket arrived the next day by courier and i was snuggled up that night on the couch with my Aztec Pendleton Blanket.

almost terrible
Almost terrible because i received the items very quickly.
i received a faulty can of spray. i asked (by email) about returning and getting a credit. they responded by saying i need a returns number. i asked for one and received no reply. over the course of the next 2 weeks i sent 8 emails asking for a returns number. i know they can receive my emails because of the first reply and they obviously dont want to respond to anyone with any sort of problem.
there are much better companies to deal with out there so avoid Icosume they are also part of fatbudda so you may want to avoid them aswell

Unprofessional, rude! Never using them again
I orderd items of paint off their website with a next day delivery. It diddnt specify that saturday werent involved in the next day delivery as i had orderd on a thursday night.
I emailed to voice my concern and at the end of it i said 'im not happy'. Their respond was "i got a dominos pizza on Tuesday night and it was rubbish, i'm not happy either". Very well handled
