So disappointed with this company
So disappointed with this company. Had so many issues with trying to locate my package that never came. I had called the company after 10 days because it says my package should arrive within 10 days. The customer service representative brushed me off and told me to wait 21 days (even though to ship to Canada stated 10 days and 21 days if International - which I am not considered international according to their website). So I was patient and waited but still the package never came, I called them back and the customer service representative this time told me he would ship out another product. That order did come but it wasn't even the product that I had purchased in the first place. It was a completely different eyelash serum I've never even heard of called "lash energizer". I'm pretty sure this company is a SCAM! They don't even have an email address I can email to voice my concern. They do have a phone number you can contact but it's long distance so I had to pay long distance charges to call them. NOT HAPPY with this fraudulent company.
