The staff at Igloo were very professional and timely from start to finish. My house was sold quickly and efficiently.

INCOMPETENT COMPANY EMPLOYING 3RD RATE SALESPEOPLE WHO COULDN'T SELL THEIR WAY OUT OF A WET PAPER BAG. THE ONE I SPOKE TO YESTERDAY CANNOT EVEN CALL.ME BACK EVEN THOUGH IM A CASH BUYER!!
DON'T USE THESE CLOWNS. SPENT THE EXTRA COUPLE OF QUID AND GET A PROPER ESTATE AGENT.

Iv had a brilliant experience with Igloo, the staff have been very helpful and informative. They kept me up-to-date and were very efficient. My house was sold within a week of it being put on the market. Very happy with my experience

Ship very nice as was room.
Food hit and miss, better if yourpaying premium, service generally poor with a few exceptions. Afternoon tea charged, furst time i paid on p and o and average.
Buffet restaurant very limited but there are many venues. Surprised cant get a propper omlet in main buffet. Breakfast sit down, guanteed cold toast even though i ordered bagel. Beechhouse excellent but did pay premium.
Shows- 1 good headliner 2 didnt really understand what the point was.
Drinks limited cocktail menu but ok, waiter service hit and miss, no waiters or 3.
Limelight show goid, service started shocking, no frink fir 40 mins, called a waiter just waived hand. Once waiter realised how bad it was he was more attentative. Got wrong starter 3 out of 4 of us. Matt Terry very good. Singer of limelight vg. Paid £130 for flam train excursion as impossible to get a ticket through other channels less than
Half on line and didnt see waterfall as no rain😀 train windows dont opennand dirty
So photos poor. They were 25 mins late leaving so your 10 mins at top cancelked. Total waste of money.
Most staff never smile, a few very happy. Need to get another job not customer facing.
Was it good value, well as school holiday yes for families not for couples as cant get in pool as chatic most of time and only couple

Following a great service when we sold our property last year, we found ourselves in a position to move again closer to family and we decided to use Igloo again.
We had given them instruction on the Monday to proceed, they arranged for home report and photos for the Wednesday. The for sale sign also went up that day. Then the property was on the websites by Friday. We got our first viewing on the Monday afternoon and an offer made and accepted by the Tuesday morning. Another great result from Igloo

The worst agency ever. We wanted to buy a house, but they didn't gave us to chance. We had got 15 minutes only to see the big house, couldn't check anything propertly, so we asked about few things. They ingnored our questions. As it was other person interested about this property, they said there is no one else interested about that property and seller accepted that offer. I assume that the reason is not our nationality but lack of professionalism

They are registered rogues. Avoid them by all means. Had a terrible experience. 3 of my friends had same bad experiences!

I chose Igloo to sell my late mother’s house. Sadly the initial sale fell through and we had to start the whole process again. All the agents were brilliant and very mindful of how stressful the situation was for me as a recently bereaved client. I will be eternally grateful to Stacey who was so understanding and patient and finally managed to secure a sale for us which is going through at the moment.

We sold our house through Igloo Estate agents and were very impressed with their service. Stacey, who dealt with our sale gave us advice on what needed doing for a quick sale and managed to get hold of a decorator for us for less than we would have been able to. The same for the flooring that needed to be changed. She went out of her way to help us in various ways to help us. We were very pleased that we had chosen Igloo as our estate agent.

I was so pleased to discover Iigloo after years of being ripped off by estate agents offering the exact same service. For £59 Iigloo listed the property, ran references and provided the tenancy agreement. I was paying 10% +VAT upfront to agents before, and same again upon renewal - daylight robbery! In fact, customer service is significantly better at Iigloo - all very polite, respond to queries immediately and give advice as needed. I had plenty of interest and my apartment was snapped up by the first viewer. One happy customer!
