very bad experience

I have ordered my tea on 20th February. Gaia said that teas were posted from China and will arrive within 5/7 days.
On 18th March and still no sign on my teas, Gaia said that they will send it again and add an extra tea , for this delay. So I meant to get 3 teas from China within 5/7 days again.
Unfortunately on 28th March - I have only received 1 tea and it was posted from UK few days ago!!!!
Gaia lied all the way!
Very very disappointed and Innteas did not even apologised. I was looking forward to some nice teas, but only got 1 after more than a month.

Great Tea Company

This site is great for medium/good quality teas. Each tea is packaged beautifully so brilliant for gifts. Service is wonderful and so are their freebie gifts for min spend.
So stop buying supermarket poor quality tea and try them out.
