Should be an option for no stars on here. I closed an account with virgin media and by mistake cancelled the direct debit one month before I should have. Intrum started contacting me before the month had elapsed. I paid the bill but Intrum are still contacting me threatening me, even though I have sent them numerous emails. Called virgin this evening and she said she has no idea why they are contacting me as I have no outstanding debt. They need to sort out their behaviour instead of trying to scaremonger people!
Terrible customer service
The auto payments from the bank failed one month while we were on vacation. We noticed it a couple days later, asked Intrum if they could waive the payment and they were rude, blamed us for not checking and for trusting the bank, and threatened us if we didn't pay the late fee on time.
Horrible company and representatives.
they charged 462 sek for an alredy paid…
they charged 462 sek for an alredy paid debt thretening with bailiffs
Collection agency fee
I had a call this morning with Intrum in the Netherland. The person was rude and only wanted to hear what he said. I paid a principal invoice before having the reminder from Intrum, but still I need to pay for the collection agency fee. Even I debated with him for an hour, but he still insisted to earn money from me. I think they have to find another way to earn money, rather than robbery people like this. The way how they earn money is like criminal.
Well
Well, a debt from EE was sold to Intrum. I was unaware of the debt in the first place, EE could not tell me anything about it and neither could Intrum.
An interesting place to be, someone tells me I am owe money, no one can tell me why?
Staff seemed ok, but are basically useless.
Forth and multiple.
Unnecessary defaults
I have had my loan debt taken over by intrum.
Previously it was handled by a company in Hull and they were amazing, very understanding, lovely staff etc.
Then it was transferred to Intrum. I don't like to write bad reviews but this is just at the moment and if things are sorted I will change my rating.
Since May 2020 I have made every payment on the agreed date and the agreed amount, however this doesn't seem to be enough for Intrum and they have defaulted every payment even though I did everything I was supposed to. Have written to them and if not satisfied I will write to the financial services folks.
My debt was sold to this company and I…
My debt was sold to this company and I wasnt happy. However I was assured Intrum would honour my payment plan set up with them
I have written to them informing them
Due to clinical depression and anxiety I have informed them I will not be answering any correspondence from them.
Today I have a letter asking me for a list of my medical conditions and also if I have a friend who can give me some money.
I am astonished to say the least and will be getting help how to block them
Unwarranted debt claims
Intrum Denmark sends out debt collection letters with no warrant. When calling customer service, we were told that the letters “were a mistake, and that we should just throw them out”. In many cases, people will, with good reason, just pay the bills out of fear for the financial repercussions - although speculation, it seems like a deliberate strategy from Intrum to exploit this. Either way, the way they are operating is shameful malpractice from a company that calls themselves professionals. Their partners, like SEAS-NVE, should consider what they are putting their customers through by working with Intrum - it reflects poorly on their services as well.
Never got my refund. Since March waiting!!!!
After they sent lots of letters to my house, i ended up paying my debt twice,
this back in MARCH, called God knows how many thousand times, NEVER got my money back as of today 05/11/2020
Bunch of rude clueless people
Bunch of rude clueless people. Took me 2 days, number of phone calls between them and other 3rd party they got involved. All because i have cleared in full (instead of paying £40 via DD i have paid £48 to close account). You won't believe how big problem is to close case despite having receipt of payment. There is no professional approach, you have to explain obvious things. Run away - they are useless
Customer service
I wish I remembered the girl who just helped me out but she was very helpful. I wanted to change the contact number so that my partner could receive information and she changed it straight away for me. Really kind and made my day 😇❤️
Horrible company
If you are a company that respects itself and its customers, DO NOT DEAL WITH INTRUM JUSTITIA. You will lose your customers forever guaranteed.
They contacted my 85 year old mother with nonexistent bills and refused to change the address or go into detail. They are a horrible company.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would, trying to get a statement from Intrum for the last three months, joke of a company, can login in to view statements however it doesn't allow you to print off a statement that shows your name etc, every person I get through to keep saying the same excuse and last couple of attempts they answer and then they put me on hold and line goes dead. Moral of the story don't deal with this unprofessional institution, avoid at all costs, most unhelpful to resolve my numerous requests. My account was passed to Intrum from AIB finance even though I was not missing repayments?? Both AIB finance Ireland and Intrum need investigating.
SCAMMERS!!!!
SENDING EMAILS TO ME TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY FROM ME. I AM OWED MONEY FROM A MOBILE PHONE COMPANY CALLED JOI TETECOM. JOI TELECOM, ACN AND THIS COMPANY CALLED INSTRUM ARE TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE FOR MONEY WHICH THEY OWE TO CUSTOMERS
Intrum client receiving invoices for unknown charges
I hired Intrum to collect a debt from a company in Belgium and paid the one-year fee of 250 euro for its services (normally higher, but their salesperson misquoted the amount but agreed to stand by what he had told me). Intrum failed to collect from the company and also said I had to pay for a second year. After some discussion, they agreed that I had opted for only one year of their services, and they cleared the additional fee. Then I recieved an invoice for 302.50 euro to close out the account, which I had never agreed to in my initial hiring of Intrum and which incuded a 22% VAT. I had previously told Intrum, and they agreed, that I did not owe VAT because I am based outside of Europe. Furthermore, Intrum then sent the matter to a U.S. collection agency. I highly advise anyone to stay away from what I regard as an unethical company, with poor billing practices (VAT issue), and that seems to generate invoices out of the blue,
Because they deal with the app…
Because they deal with the app veilingen vakantie
A very bad program, and its use is difficult you will get involved immediately pay once you are browsing!
I have to pay 173€
Because I received an invoice to buy three activities and in fact I did not buy them and I have no idea about them and can be sure of that
I contacted them and contacted another company “Intrum” to tell them so they said that there is no way to cancel the payment even though I did not buy them!
I can not understand how to make such a site without canceling activities that have not been purchased!
