I rang up their Scunthorpe showroom to enquire about a bike and chatted to Rob. The bike in question turned out to be in there Grimsby branch and Rob said they could bring it to Scunthorpe for me to try which was great service and very thoughtful. Due to changes in my timetable I ended up driving to Grimsby, catching them before they moved it, and found the bike next to reception waiting to be transported to Scunthorpe. Rob happened to be there and helped me check out the bike and make adjustments to the seat and handlebars to accommodate my back issue. Once again great service and going above and beyond. Ordered a cube pro editor fe 2026 edition and love it. The guys at the shop were very accommodating as we ordered the wrong one at the start so we emailed them asking if we could pay the difference and upgrade to the correct one very next day they gave us a number to ring and arrange payment. From start to finish they kept us in the loop for the order and it delivered perfectly.

JC Cook (Scunthorpe branch) provided the sort of excellent customer service that you just don't see too often these days.

I wanted a Cube Nature Pro cycle with a few extras, and they had the cycle at a very good price indeed. I had a chat with Tony about options, and he was able to answer all my questions, offer some sound alternatives, and when we had agreed a spec, had it ordered from Germany and ready to collect in a few days. In the meantime the price on the website had gone up, but they stuck to the original price, despite there being zero paperwork - all word of mouth.

After six weeks I dropped the bike in for a free checkup, and while there, picked up a new helmet. I was given 20% off "because if I'd bought it with the bike, we would have given you a discount". I offered to pay the full price as the bike itself was a bargain, but "no; it's what we do".

No fuss, no nonsense. Awesome.

Nothing less than 5 stars would do justice for this company. I took my Haibike Hardnine in for a service and puncture repair at Wilton Road. The process from initial phone call to collection was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My bike now rides better than new and I would like to thank Robert in particular for his in depth knowledge and workmanship.

I ordered my Agree SL 2017 just before Christmas but didn't want it delivered until early January. I telephoned the shop and spoke to Gareth who was very helpful with my request. I took delivery of my new bike on January 4th. I am very pleased with the whole experience of dealing with this shop, I have bought the bike at the best price in the UK and received brilliant customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend JC.Cook Cycles.

Ordered an item that turned out to be out of stock. The company kept in contact with me until it was back in stock even offering me an alternative that they said was not as good as what i had ordered. They advised to hold on and my item turned up eventually.
Great service and honesty. They could have tried to fob me off with the alternative but their honesty and knowledge of their products impressed me.
