We bought a product a few months ago and it has never worked properly.

sent an order in September for go kart grandson for xmas about 5 weeks later had email saying problem with customs but would be with me in about 1-2 weeks - never arrived but took my money on day of order. Asked for refund but to date have not had. It was also 2 late then to get money back via Paypal as I waited for the 2 weeks for go kart to arrive - gave them benefit of doubt. I can see now they are cheats and robbers I work hard all year not to give my money away like that!!!

Goods not arrive on in time these were Xmas prezzies. Ordered in sept for de. Delivery, told wouldn't arrive till jan ,said I could have full refund and I'm still waiting for money.

We were quit satisfy with the product,. It was price competitive, good quality and fast delivery. The only concern was that the entrance of the trompoline was not what we expected, the entrance is differnt to which it was showed in the website. We would have prefered the other one for our child age.

I read very bad reviews about this place, to me everything was clear and simple, i ordered the item at a wonderful low price, and i received it (almost) in time from outside my country in about one week, payed through paypal. Happy with the service, i'll come back to buy some more great deals.

I ordered a play house for my granddaughter. It didn't arrive when it should have so I emailed the company. They said it had been held up at customs and would be with me Iwithin 2 weeks, disappointing as her birthday would have come and gone. I then read some reviews about the company and was very concerned. However within a few days I received an email to say the house had cleared customs and been dispatched, I was given a tracking number and tracked it for a week. I then received a phone call to ask which day I wanted delivery and it arrived as arranged. All communications were friendly and I am very pleased with the product. I can highly recommend this company.

I have ordered an electric skateboard and it arrived with a broken battery.
After long discussions on the phone, many emails and even after contacting paypal, they refused both to replace the battery or refund.
Incredible !
After this bad experience concerning customer treatment I will never ever again buy at join2buy.

Don't go near this site. The item arrived after waiting weeks. When it arrived the packaging was in a very bad state with bits if the go kart sticking out the side. When trying to contact the site to ask when parcel was to arrive I kept getting told that it would be within the week. The only reason that I bought from this site in the first place was that I was reassured that it was in stock and would be sent out straight away. The go kart was eventually sent from Barcelona. I will not use this site again.

The shipping time is perhaps too long.

Huge savings if you are prepared to wait a longer for your purchase's, but well worth the wait, more so because every penny counts these days, good value with good customer care.

This trampoline is sturdy and eventhough we have only used it a few times due to good old rubbish English weather, it seems great. Can't wait till summer.

The trampoline stated that it holds much mire weight than most domestic trampolines. Which is great for a family trampoline .
