i would like to know where the first reviewer got her items cos i would say 100% it wasnt this place, the leeds address doesnt exist
the phone numbers do not work
the bank details are for croydon
the police say we need to log this with them the more people the more they can do
but trading standards and the banks fraud units wont act. mine even said because the scammers have the same bank they have THEIR interests to think about more than mine needless to say NATWEST can do one for me.

Don't be fooled by the website and low prices. I've had no emails since the welcome and thank you for your order and no kettle! On trying to find there website today it has gone, not to be found, and then I come across lots of bad reviews and am surprised "google" allowed the site to be used on there shopping search engine!

Total scam.
Request payments by bank transfer.
Emails bounce back.
Physical address in Leeds is fake.

Avoid like the plague.

Did not receive my goods, got lulled into false sense of security due to professional appearance of website. No refund, no response from company, no goods sent. All my money lost. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY with Lavertons, despite the tempting low prices. They will take your money and steal it from you. And because they only accept bank transfer there is nothing you can do to legally retrieve your money. AVOID!!!!!

People are ordering, paying by bank transfer and then the goods do not arrive. Very similar to the Kitchen Arts website that operated the same way and was shut down recently.
