UPDATE: 29th Dec - We note that the package has been delivered now - We have reached out to the customer (see below) but had no replies at all, via email or here on Trustpilot. The tracking clearly shows we shipped the goods the same day they were ordered, with RM confirming it was 'in transit' a couple of days later (that shows it was scanned within the RM system) - its taken Royal Mail almost 20 days to deliver. The customer chose free delivery method, which doesn't have any time guarantee.
ORIGINAL RESPONSE:
Apologies for not responding to your order query - your email was overlooked. We've checked tracking and the package is still with Royal Mail in their system 'somewhere'. Please get in touch to enable us to sort out a solution for you. We have emailed you today.

Amazing Quality
I purchased some doors, pillars and a bookcase to use as extra Heroquest pieces and the quality is impeccable. It was already on a Black Friday deal but the team also threw in some awesome extras like skulls, bottles and books, which is amazing 🙂 Also picked up a broken gothic tomb at the UK Games Expo and it’s one of my favourite pieces of all time. Amazing work and all the best to everyone.

Found them at the London Film and Comicon, and loved their stuff there.

UPDATE: 06/03/2023 - still no response from this reviewer, via Trustpilot. We re-iterate this is not a review of LegendGames as we have NEVER dealt with this individual.
UPDATE: 02/03/2023 - we are pretty sure this reviewer is complaining about a retailer, not ourselves. Requests for further information have not been replied to. This review does NOT reflect on LegendGames, but we want customers to know how we respond to complaints - fully, promptly, with integrity and we try to sort things our to our legitimate customers satisfaction.
27/2/2023: We've reached out to this reviewer to clarify, as we're a bit confused - we've not had any contact from anyone regarding any issues or complaints, and we cant find an order that might possibly relate to this review. My guess is that someone has bought some LG terrain from a 3rd party and is confusing us as the manufacturer with the retailer they bought from.
As for 'fragile' with 'multiple defects' that is really not usual. Our terrain and bases are made from a high quality PU resin that is very durable. Some parts do need finishing due to the casting process - standard in the hobby industry, a bit of flash clean up, some base sanding etc.
Sometimes bubbles can form on casts, even though we use high pressure casting to reduce this, but generally these are picked up at demould time and consigned to the 2nds bin - we give 2nd away with most orders, but as we don't think this customer bought from us its unlikely to be the issue.
