Never made the delivery. Did not respond my question

I am definetly think that i robbed by this company. I bought an i-phone 5 lightning cable on e-bay. First they send the invoice and a message that it will be delivered within a few weeks. Once later i informed them about i could not get the shipment. Then they asked me write down my adress with english letters, when i re-write my adress they informed me again with an invoice that free of charge. But i never get the shipment. I e-mailed them the situation again on 15.08.2014 subject is : Undelivered Shipment - 3rd Notice‏; i explained the whole issue but since then there is no response. Naturally i am very dissappointed. Is there any chance a decent company could not resolve that kind a small problem? No chance, so do not buy them anything !
