Keith was very helpful he phoned us to tell us he was going to be late because traffic and when he turned up he didn’t need any help from my husband. Very polite and we definitely use them again , thank you Keith

I ordered a mattress and bed from mattress guy. I arranged the delivery for Saturday and even paid extra to have it delivered on this day. I had just moved house so arranged it for the day I was moving in, in order to have a bed to sleep in that night. I sat at home awaiting my delivery all day as it states on the webpage that delivery is between 08.00 and 18.00. 18.00 came and still no delivery had arrived. I tried to phone their customer care only to realise it was closed since 16.00 leaving me with no answers to where my bed was. I had rang earlier that day and the lady I spoke who told me that it was due to be delivered and as they used an external delivery company she could not be more specific on times so I patiently waited. As the bed did not arrive and I was unable to get answers on Saturday it means I now have to wait until Monday to speak with the support team and arrange another delivery day. Meaning I also have to endure sleeping on the sofa or cause more expense to buy something temporary until then. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and would not recommend using this company if you are depending on delivery at a specific time.

I have ordered a number of mattresses for my various properties over the past years and have been so impressed with their reliable service. I have now ordered my first bed from them and hope that the quality is as good as the mattresses.
I wish they would supply fitted bedsheets and waterproof mattress covers to fit the 4' beds as these are so hard to find.

I have been looking for a firm mattress for my bad back with reasonable price. This one arrived quickly after placing order. I finally have nice and solid sleep on it. Thank you.

Ordered late Thursday, order came Saturday morning as requested. Very helpful delivery driver. Would be 5 stars if it were possible to track the order and/or select a specific time window.

I ordered a mattress from The Mattress Man and arranged a delivery . It was to arrive two days later. Excellent I thought , everything sorted .
The day of the delivery my mattress arrived around 3pm. I was asked by the delivery man "who have you got to get it off here " (the lorry) nobody I said ,having read on the Mattress Man's web sight that the mattress would be delivered to the front door (I could manage it from there )" If there's nobody to get it off the lorry here I'll have to take it back, you'll have to re-arrange the delivery". I was at home alone at the time and couldn't do it myself . The delivery man stated he would not lift the mattress and began to get ready to leave . Luckily there were some men who were working outside my house who very kindly carried it into my house.
I telephoned customer services , very unhelpful . I suggested they inform people that the delivery men will not lift the mattress and to ensure someone is available to lift the mattress when taking delivery. I was informed by a very unhelpful customer service that "the delivery man would have dragged the mattress across the floor, and probably broken it ,but would not have actually returned with the mattress." I said this was completely unacceptable. to which I was informed well this sort of thing only happens in a few cases. I did not even receive an apology . Would recommend buying from the mattress Man . Customer services and delivery are atrocious !

Sleep makes one a better person, and I believe it. The terrific mattress from Mattress Guy makes me sleep so well every night that I wake up energized, refreshed and ready to go. Thanks a lot.
