good website, quick delivery
Website was easy to navigate, prices appear keen and payment via Paypal was easy. Delivery arrived within a week and carrier phoned the day before to check somebody would be in.

Excellent web site, very interesting prices, quick delivery, Payment system really trustable and efficient, shipping really performant too... Even if the best is really the custommer service, giving very good advices by phone, and very helpfull... even for somebody who speaks a very bad english !!!

prompt delivery
the payment didnt go through immediately whenever order was made due to glinch in system, they kept me updated by email. the order was posted promptly and was well packed. bit disapointed at the high cost of postage. probably wont buy from them again because of this high charge.

Purchasing experience: dire
Website implied next day despatch but neglected to point out 5 days processing time. No updates for order until I chased. Promised that they had been despatched, didn't receive till 3 days later. At the price they charge for delivery I expected next day. Won't use again even if their prices for items are competitive.
