Excellent service to me, excellent service to my bike, a Ribble electric hybrid. Took it in Friday, asked for it to be ready for Monday, picked it up on Sunday (open 12:00 to 16:00). What more could you ask for. Micycle North is a special place.

I've found the perfect bicycle store. Honestly the best service ever. They even fixed things I didn't ask for and I want to thank them for being that way cause you dont find that often in London.
I booked my bike in for a full service. My bike hadnt been serviced for months therefore i expected at least a new chain to need fitting. On collection i was told nothing needed doing, i asked about the chain and was told there were no notes from the mechanic. I then cycled home and my chain made a horrific noise as it hadnt been re-greased! Less than one month later i have taken my bike into another shop as the wheel had worn out and the bike was very dangerous to ride. I dont know why this wasnt picked up in Micycle only a few weeks back. I'm really disappointed as i have now had to pay for an additional service + a new wheel. Perhaps it was a one off as the reviews seems to be good but i am extremely disappointed and will not be returning here.
I bought my Bobbin Hummingbird from these guys and the owner even quickly cycled over to the other Micycle shop in Islington, to fetch one in the colour I wanted. Every time I go in, they go the extra mile. I mean it: every service, each time I have a new, somewhat complicated dog basket that needs fitting, I leave with a better bike. If they spot something that's not right, which can be fixed there and then, they'll just do it, because obviously, they love what they do and they care about the safety of their customers.
I'm a huge Micycle fan: Good selection of bicycles and accessories and a nice bunch of guys, too.
Great service with friendly staff who are eager to help. Cant ask for more if you are looking to repair your bike in the Islington area.
