Looks like they are shipping with a slow boat from China. No track and trace, no estimated time of arrival. Will NEVER buy here again.

I made an order for a screen protector thinking that I could get it in the promised 4-8 business days and at the same time I ordered a screen protector on AliExpress, as screen protectors always break. Eventually the order AliExpress was delivered in about 10 days and the mobilefun.nl delivery was only after one month. That's sad.

Product after 14 days still not delivered. And also not in stock yet. They sell products they do not have in stock yet and apperently the company where they buy them also do not have in on stock.

Don’t use them. It’s been 15 days since I ordered my item and nothing has arrived. I’ve chased them (repeatedly) and daaaaays after asking what’s happening I get a response telling me ‘it will come soon. Don’t worry’.
I’ve asked for a refund. Twice.

FOLLOW UP ON 'MOBILEFUN' EXPERIENCE:

eventually I received my refund. It was an agonising fight but eventually they agreed to refund me. From that angle the company do eventually respond. For the record, my item never arrived so the refund is fair and I will draw a line under this. I do however stand by my review to rather use a different company when ordering items online for your phone.

Two years ago, Mobilefun was the only european shop to jump on the Whitestone Dome screenprotector craze. At the time, and today still, this product seems quite hard to find for european citizens. I quickly pre-ordered.
So this year, i ordered a case and the new Whitestone screenprotectors; Mobilefun handled it like pros.

Availability was a problem. Which is normal when new phones are released, so i got an e-mail saying that the case was on its way, and the screenprotectors would be delivered later. With the same priority shipping i initially paid for. I think that's pretty sweet :)

The customer service is very responsive, no issues there. In the end i got the product i ordered, although there was some back-and-forth about the product's availability.

From personal experience working with Chinese suppliers, i completely understand that not all suppliers are easy to work with due to their locations/languages and import delays.

So, great job and thanks for going the extra mile, Mobilefun! :)

Second time using Mobilefun, good selection of products.
First order arrived broken but with out any problem replaced straight away by Mobilefun, although second sending was also by standard delivery so first order was painfully slow.
Second order, I opted for express delivery (very expensive) not very express and also not delivered when promised.
I can recommended using Mobilefun I only wish they would change / improve their courier .

Payed for next-day delivery, and it was so. However, product description in the website was not correct. The product is Cellular Line CRAB Tablet Auto Houder. The website said you could use the product without damaging the car dashboard, but the product instructions clearly state that it might cause damage. Also slightly disappointed with the product in general, but cannot blame MobileFun.nl for it. USB OTG cable and auto charger work great.

Fast delivery even from the UK.

The Piel Frama flip case was delivered according to schedule. The quality is excellent. One can see it's been hand made. However the design is not perfect if one uses an extended battery pack. Furthermore, the phone is not really lock in the case, when opened. When closed, it is protected really well though. And it smells lovely.

the product is as described and as it was expected, paying 10 euro for a crappy service of DHL is what I'd not advise to anyone. Mobilefun please consider changing carrier in the Netherlands. Thanks

The cost was actually less than ordering in the UK with the exchange rate - even with 20% tax.
