kære Flemming. Angående den mobiltelefon som du købte fra os, har du din fulde ret til ikke at være tilfreds med vores service, da vi ikke levede op til dine forventninger. Det skal dog understreges at denne telefon du modtog uden Dansk menu skyldtes en misforståelse fra vores leverandør i Tyskland, som sendte en forkert pakke til os ved en fejltagelse. Denne pakke skulle egentlig have været sendt til sverige. Dette retter selvfølgelig ikke op på at du har fået leveret en telefon med tysk menu, men vil dog sige at der tilgengæld ville have været leveret en ny telefon til dig, hvis du ikke fik den danske menu op at køre i telefonen, da det er vigtigt for os at yde vores bedste så vores kunder oplever en god service.
