WARNING!!

I've never written reviews of companies before, but I feel that my only experience with them has left me with the need to warn potential customers of this company's deplorable trading attitude.
In August, I made a very modest purchase from them through Amazon. When the product arrived, it was found to be faulty. I immediately contacted them and requested my money back.
To my utter astonishment, they told me to contact the manufacturers (in China, I think) and tried to wash their hands of the situation! I then started the Amazon complaints procedure and every further contact was made through Amazon's excellent services. I was even able to speak to one of the Amazon Customer Support Team, who agreed with me and was equally dumbfounded by Mopodo's stance.
Yesterday, I received an email from Amazon to tell me that a full refund is on its way. A satisfactory conclusion to a very frustrating and time-consuming (two months) episode for a paltry sum of money.
So, in my opinion, Mopodo is a company to be avoided.
At the same time, I must congratulate Amazon and their Customer Support Team for their prompt and supportive action.

DO NOT USE MOPOBO!

Stay away from this company at ALL costs, they will try to rip you off!

I ordered gear from them through Amazon and was sent an email from Amazon stating goods had been despatched. A few days later I received a further email direct from these muppets saying that my parcel had been returned to them and was empty, they apologised that they had no more stock and would be doing a full refund. Well I waited and waited, no refund. I contacted them and they said a refund would be done 'shortly', so I waited, no refund. I contacted them again and was told a refund would done 'shortly', I asked what their idea of shortly was, 2-3 days was the reply, guess what no refund! I contacted them several times, only to be told the same BS. I had to eventually raise a claim through Amazon direct.

Seriously DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Dreadful

I bought an iron for my parents through Amazon. My parents told me months later it had never worked properly, with the sole plstebevoming first brown & sticky then rough. I tild mopodo. The didnt papologise, offer refund or any compensation but asked me to pay to post the iron back so they could test it.
Hard to imagine such grudging & poor service. I'm taking it up with Amaxon. Avoid tnis company at all costs!

Very Poor

We tried to purchase from this seller and our order was accepted and payment taken, however 30 mins later we received an email saying the order had been cancelled with no explanation of why! We tried to phone to find out why and calls just go to an answer phone.

Would never use this comapny again and wouldnt recommend this company to anyone...waiting to see if I get my money back :(
