WARNING!!
I've never written reviews of companies before, but I feel that my only experience with them has left me with the need to warn potential customers of this company's deplorable trading attitude.
In August, I made a very modest purchase from them through Amazon. When the product arrived, it was found to be faulty. I immediately contacted them and requested my money back.
To my utter astonishment, they told me to contact the manufacturers (in China, I think) and tried to wash their hands of the situation! I then started the Amazon complaints procedure and every further contact was made through Amazon's excellent services. I was even able to speak to one of the Amazon Customer Support Team, who agreed with me and was equally dumbfounded by Mopodo's stance.
Yesterday, I received an email from Amazon to tell me that a full refund is on its way. A satisfactory conclusion to a very frustrating and time-consuming (two months) episode for a paltry sum of money.
So, in my opinion, Mopodo is a company to be avoided.
At the same time, I must congratulate Amazon and their Customer Support Team for their prompt and supportive action.
