Lidt blandet..

Fandt et god tilbudspris på hjemmesiden på specifikke produkter, men da jeg ville komme varen i indkøbskurven var prisen en anden. Kontaktede ejeren, der straks gav mig rabat som siden lovede.
Jeg bad om varen skulle leveres til mit arbejde, men den blev sendt til mig privat...
Da varen så ankom med posten, så havde han overset, at jeg skulle have 2 af det ene produkt. Igen kontaktede jeg ejeren, som straks sendte det manglende produkt.

Så hurtig respons på selve bestillingen og ejeren var hurtig til at finde en løsning på problemerne = god service.
Men ærgeligt at det ikke bare glider fejlfrit igennem fra første klik til indkøbskurven til min postkasse.
