Speedy, Excellent service A+++++++
This is the second time I have used Office ETC and once again the service has been fantastic as well as their products. I ordered HP Officejet Pro Ink Cartridges for my printer and as soon as I made the payment I had an email. Then I had an email to say the item was dispatched which was the next day. They even gave me a time to say when it would be delivered. You can't get better than that!!

I have just responded to your email, requesting that you check the address you gave us. The delivery address on your order does not include a house number, but after some investigation it looks like the street you gave has more than one house, so this is probably the reason that your order has not been delivered.
