Website not working, customer service won't reply to messages, not answering the phone either. Just awful

Ordered a printer weeks ago, and still no sign!!!! Sent email, no answer!!!!! Phoned, no answer!!!!!! This is a joke!!!! I wish I had of read these reviews before I bought, this company is beyond bad!!!

Took my money immediately , had notification of delivery 20.07 & then nothing since , not responding to emails & the phone number on their site doesn't work

Only given 1 star as they were adept at taking my order. No contact from them in 3 weeks since. Left 2 messages and tried calling on two numbers twice over the last week. Thankfully I paid by paypal so I can get my money back. This is supposed to be the corporate side of Tindalls stationers. It’s not worth the bother. Go elsewhere.

I found the products on Office Gophers website highly competitive. I have placed several orders now and delivery has been next day without fail. On the one occasion I received a damaged product (Damaged in transport) I called Office Gopher and the product was replaced the following day.

I agree that it is impossible to contact Officegopher by phone or email. They never respond and I have goods to return but they have no returns policy that I can trust.
Extremely poor service.
I have ordered the same goods from 4 other companies all delivered as fast but take returns properply and promptly.
I shall not be using them again.

I have tried to contact Office Gopher by phone, which goes to Answer Machine - they never return my calls. The E-MAIL & WEB has crashed and cannot place an order or contact them. UPS have come to pick up wrong delivery twice but as I want to ORDER the correct envelopes it is impossible to complete a transaction.

All was straightforward with my first order, but I entered a different delivery address on my next order (nearly a year later) and the system registered the new address but didn't attach it correctly to the order so it got sent to the wrong address. They refuse to refund in full or resend to the correct address saying it's my fault rather than their system error. A complete brick wall trying to communicate with them and I've lost my money and no order. It's a small order but still theft if they take the money and don't supply the goods. I would be very careful and double, triple check all the details are correct with your order if you use them at all. Looking around several other review sites the main downfall of officegopher is appalling customer service and refusal to correct problems when things don't go right. I won't be using them again which is a shame, but I can't risk it on a larger order.

It is the first time I cam across office gopher and I am glad I ordered with them. Their prices were cheaper than other online retailers, especially Amazon and the delivery was completed within 16 hours, which is much quicker than expected. I am very pleased with their service and I will be ordering again. Thanks guys!
