Never thought they would be able to replace my varifocal lenses in time for the festive period, as they only received my frame on the 19th Dec. As I first time wearer of glasses I needed some advice on lenses and frames. Lady I spoke to was very helpful and patient, she answered all my questions. Glasses arrived 4 days later and the world is in focus again. Excellent service from start to finish.

I wouldn't usually take the time out to write a review but the service and glasses I got from this company was outstanding. Even my local opticians didn't look after me this well. I opted for a home visit as I live local and lady was polite and professional when taking my measurements. Had the glasses delivered to me within a week.

After I stood on my glasses, they made some emergancy glasses free of charge whilst I waited for them to make my new varifocals. Now that's what I call service!

I used these people to repair a very expensive pair of Linberg glasses.
They did a very bad and expensive job. I sent the glasses to reglazemy glasses who did a perfect job at a fraction of the cost...AVOID onlineglassesdirect. Expensive and poor qulaity and service

I needed some replacement glasses after mine broke and they managed to get the frame I wanted even though they did not list them on their website. I got the glasses with free lenses delivered to my door 4 days later and they didn't even charge a delivery fee. The glasses are excellent quality and I'll definately use them again if my prescription changes.

I didn't think service like this still existed here in UK! Paul and Nicola have been brilliant in helping me purchase my new varifocals and they even gave me a fantastic deal on 2 pairs. Both pairs arrived just over a week and they are superb, I would never had got them for this price or received this level of service from a normal high street opticians. Once again, thank you so much to Paul and Nicola, you are a credit to your company.

I've never found the Varifocals I wear cheaper than these guys sell them for. Got them with all the coatings and they came delivered within a week with a new case and lens authenticity card with coating guarantee. Can't recommend these guys enough!

It's not often that you stumble on a small online company that can offer such good service and value. These people really know their stuff when it comes to lenses for your glasses and they beat the high street opticians in price by a mile. Got my own Oakley frame fitted with new thinned down lenses for less than half the price I paid when I was last at Vision Express and they turned the job round and had it delivered to me in less than a Week!! I'll be using this company again for sure, very impressed.

I had previously bought my glasses from another big online retailer and was very disappointed by the service I received, not only that but the glasses were made wrong as well so as you can imagine I was very hesitant to buy online again.

I came across this company after reading some good reviews on a consumer forum. I needed to buy varifocals so I wanted to talk to someone about it before ordering. I phoned and spoke to someone who was extremely helpful and polite. She put my mind at ease and chose some lenses for me that suited my budget. All I can say is 'Fantastic'. from beginning to end they kept me informed of my order progress and shipped my new glasses to me within a few days. I'll definitely buy from them next time my sight test is due.
