Excellent advice and service
If I am in need of advice or confirmation of best item to buy, best one to go to. If they don't have it they can usually point to someone who can. Thankfully they normally have what I need. Just like today.

Awful experience.
I ordered an item off this website that stated there were 8 in stock. I paid for next day delivery and it was never dispatched. I phoned up on Monday and was told they emailed me (which they didn't). An email was later forwarded to me that had purportedly been sent of Friday to say my item was out of stock (I strongly suspect the email was knocked up when I complained and had the time and date edited on it).
I then asked for a refund and spoke to one of the managers. He said it would be done and then emailed me when he said it had been processed.....5 days later and still no sign of the money going back onto my card.
I have now concluded that I will not be getting a refund from this company voluntarily so I shall be reporting them to the relevant authorities.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! May my experiences save others from going down the same road.

You were emailed shortly after you placed the order on the Friday to advise that there was an issue with the order.
You were informed by telephone of the issue on the Monday and decided to opt for a refund which was done for you. The email was also sent to you again.
This order was processed by Sagepay and refunds can in some cases take up to 5 working days depending on the card issuer. Please contact you card issuer should you still not have received the funds back on to you card.
Helpful and knowledgeable - excellent customer service
I know very little about computers but told them what I needed and they instantly knew what I wanted, ordered the necessary part, which came the next day and then fitted it FOC - would definitely recommend and use them again.
