PerfektService 

Not keeping to the appointed time by being late with 45 minutes and on top of that the madam which came to do the cleaning was not informed that they need to bring their own cleaning tools and materials. What surprised me the most was that they (Perfect Service) asked me if i would be able to borrow vacuum cleaner from a neighbor. Is this for real? Why would i trouble my neighbor with the poor service that this company provides?
All of that forced me to cancel the agreement.

And when the agreement was made i told them to pick whichever date they want and to clean for as long as they need. Just make it perfect. Seems giving them so much freedom didnt helped them organised to deliver perfect service.

Just wanted to add that i am not a liar as you claim. You are even more showing that communication in your company is worse than i thought. I still have all the e-mails which we sent to each other in which it shows to what we agreed. If you want i will be happy to resend them to you so you can find where is the problem in your company. Just give me an address.
No hard feelings but please, work on your information distribution.

The customer service was very bad, unhelpful and borderline aggressive. No proactivity or taking ownership when problems occur. I have never experienced anything like that. We have stopped our collaboration.

Cleaning assistants were good and friendly though.

Perfect service writes here on Trust Pilot the 30th october 2018:

"We are sad about your experience, however, our job is to clean, and this is what we enjoy doing, we refuse to collaborate with down grading and abusive client, that call their cleaning assistents little and dum people…"

Of course we have not been calling the cleaning assistants or anybody else "little and dumb people" or been abusive or downgrading.

Note that we actually said that the cleaning assistants were good and friendly in the initial review - which remains our opinion. Our disagreement was with the management and customer service.

This answer illustrates well how they treat criticism by lying and being aggressive.

I see here on Trustpilot that we are not alone with our experience, unfortunately.)

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

They take a lot of trainees at a
time and they're treating them literally as slaves, by shouting at you all the time and not giving you the possibility to do your job and to learn so that they have the perfect excuse to fire you during the training period in order to not pay you.
They only take advantage of people and then refuse to pay them.Not to mention that to their phone number answers the secretary every time.

I strongly advise to not use neither their services nor as employers!
Moreover, as obviously this review isn't convenient for them, they just removed it.So what more evidence does one need?

Great service: a fast reply to a request to get our windows cleaned and reAlly nice and clean windows. i would recommend this company.

Had windows cleaned using this company, and very pleased with service and price. Will use again, and also recommend to others.

At the beginning it was difficult to make an arrangement, cause cleaning service would come to clean during working hours, and requested cash payments. This has been however solved and now I would just wish the regularity of cleaning would be better. The quality has dropped since the first time around a year ago. Only glass part of window is being cleaned, the same incomplete way as it's done in public places like Metro stations. The frame is untouched, and if there are spider nets on windows, they are left untouched as well, which makes impression of dirt. The worst experience I had was that cleaners have completely ruined my flowers, planted just few days before the last service. They have stepped all over it again and again, and the flowers are ca 2 meters away from the window, so there is enough room not to step on them.
