Prezzos 

If I can give zero star and so will. We as a family had lunch in Prezzo Farnborough, it’s a awful experience and I’ll not ever near this place.

We entered restaurant and waited to be seated, it’s waiter came over with stone face said to us, you should have come to the main entrance, basically blame us for not using its main entrance, but we didn’t even know there is a main entrance!! and they do have another entry open!! That’s our welcome by it’s waitress with stone face and blaming customer.

Then we didn’t even sit down yet, the stone face waitress asked “any allergies”, we said yes, she straightway said it will take much longer to prepare food due to allergies despite she had no idea what we are going to order, this is how they are managing customer expectations!!

After ordered food, it took them more than 40 mins to bring food on the table, they said it’s to do with food allergies, it’s an excuse and blame allergies, because we didn’t order any special food for allergies. Food was rubbish, chicken bacon salad, bacon size is a quarter of a blueberry size, yes, that’s their size!!

This restaurant certainly have very unhappy staffs and blaming cultural, blame customers then food allergies. It represents Prezzo culture.

I walked out restaurant less than 30mins, my stomach started rumbling and I felt sick, I had to use toilet and felt nauseous all afternoon. My partner felt the same but not as bad as me. So if you can, avoid this restaurant!!

A group of five of us visited Prezzo in Farnborough, Hampshire and we had a wonderful time. Fantastic staff, amazing food. We were greeted at the door very enthusiastically and throughout the dinner the service was brilliant. My nephew has Down Syndrome and is gluten free, my sister sesame seed allergy and these were treated very seriously and catered for. The restaurant itself was also really nice but one small gripe. I'm disabled and had I been there alone, it would have been impossible to get in on my own. An automatic door would be useful, or even just a lighter one. Disabled toilet was also out of action.

I had the misfortune to visit the restaurant in Wickford, We were treated like an inconvenience at 9 PM on Saturday. The food was awful and when given a feedback, the staff didn't care. Restaurant with this kind of service don't survive very long. Good luck, because with service like this you wont survive very long

Poor experience overall, went for a birthday and too busy to put a cake on a plate and bring it over at the end of the meal!

At the restaurant today 10/07/22 at 7pm in Brighton Marina Spanish/Latino female host asked to get out of the entrance to the restaurant. She then came out and said that there was only one chef cooking and we couldn't have a table for our family party of six. The party of two behide us were also turned away. There was no apology and when we passed by later at 9pm the restaurant was closing up. All other restaurants in the Marina were still thiving with customers. The host manager was rude and had no customer service skills. Wish I could give the restaurant 0 stars.

Just. Been for a meal at prezzo Gainsborough been there loads of times and it’s been lovely , not tonight food was good but service was atrocious took 30 mins to get a drink and everything was too much trouble turned the lights off while we still inside and when it came to pay the bill they wouldn’t accept cash really disappointed will be looking for somewhere else Ito eat in future .

Prezzo mere green .. we are gluten free and vegan .. Despite this there was a seperate menu .. Makes it so much easier to choose .. lots of choice and very accommodating.. allowed us to swap the menu / Ingredients around...We had pizza and pasta dish .. lots of flavour ..Good value . service was impeccable.. busy restaurant but didn't affect Service.. waitress was very friendly and attentive without being pushy.. definitely would dine here again.. well done for not making us feel we are the minority.. very enjoyable Experience

The food was good, the waiter was friendly enough, but the girl who took us to the seat was awful. We walked through the door, and before we could say anything, she announced "allergies". My wife and I were a bit stunned, and I said no, she picked up the menus, walked off to a table. We had booked a table, but we were not asked, so I didn't mention it. I think some training is in order.

Visited the Upminster restaurant on the 18th May, with my wife and a buy a gift voucher. Not a busy place Mon to Wed apparently. Staff were very friendly and polite, we were well received, not rushed, and the food was fresh and very tasty. Especially the new desserts! We were very impressed. Would recommend this site to everyone. if you go at the weekend, book ahead.

Went to Prezzos in Aldershot tonight to celebrate my son’s 25th birthday and it was awful the manager was so rude, not allowing us to speak, constantly over talking us when we were trying to explain that the first waiter who came over took a drinks order and nearly an hour later we were still waiting! He basically said we were lying!
We were served our starters very quickly then had to wait nearly an hour for our mains again being talked over and shouted at by the manager! The lovely young waitress was fantastic she was polite and very friendly and apologised for the managers behaviour!
The food was ok just but I personally and my 8 other guests will never step foot in prezzos aldershot again!!

I had a voucher for a three course meal from the Activity Superstore at a cost of £49 but unfortunately between Activity superstore and Prezzo, they have not agreed on the finer points and so I am unable to use until they have. I was unaware of this as the voucher is advertised on the AS website (breach of Trade Descriptions Act!) and so I organised a booking at Prezzos for last night but sadly after almost 45 mins of the waitress/manager checking whether the voucher could be used, we were advised that we could not use it. At no point were we offered a drink or any other alternative and so we left. Appalling service and I shall not be going back - EVER. I shall also make sure none of my friends and relatives use Prezzos!

Went to cramlington prezzos and the service was amazing. Waiter had such a funny sense of humour and made our evening. First time I've been and was so impressed. Will be taking the rest of my family from now on

Prezzo at Wembley Stadium. Glasses very dirt. Burger burned and cold. Old reheated chips. I asked them for clean glasses but only got new dirty glasses.

excellent service very friendly and accomodating didnt rush us even though they was busy. food was served quickly and cooked perfectly full of flavour and the menu was great choice. all in all a good meal with good service in a very clean and relaxing environment highly recomended

4 of us went to Whiteley tonight for dinner, took 45 minutes for our starters to come, not one of the waiters checked if our food was okay, had to hint that we finished our starters, took them about 20 minutes to then bring our mains, after we complained about the slow service of our mains to a member of staff. In between this we ordered more drinks, new girl staff member took the order and clearly didn't write it down as when the guy waiter came along we had to explain to him again what drinks we wanted. Nobody checked to see if our mains were okay which should be a vital thing waiters do when you receive your main. Waiters in general were very rude. Had to make a complaint for them to realise that we were unhappy. Not a happy customer

we booked a table for 6, we were shoved into an upstairs corner table set for 10, we could hardly move and there was a freezing cold draught coming through the wall, a huge gaping hole that once we pointed it out to the waitress she admitted she knew, we asked to be moved and were eventually put on another table in a corner even thought the restaurant was far from busy.
Drinks took 35 minutes and our starters were served one at a time so the first person who was served had cold food by the time the 6th person was served, this was the same on the main course.
The waitress got the order wrong several times and although at one point we were the only ones i the retaurant the service was very, very slow and sub standard.
It had been a while since we had been to Prezzo and we feel that as a table of 6 and a lot of money had been wasted on this meal we will not be returning

Offered olives when menus given but not told we would be charged an extortionate amount for them. Lettuce in the salad arrived browned and past it's best. Pizza was among the best I've ever had, unfortunately this was overshadowed. £3.69 for a portion of chips, come on.
All we saw when waiting for the waitress to come collect our bill was tumble weed. Outdated way to obtain a tip that left us to leave with no contact from staff.

Waited 35 minutes from ordering to be told our chosen food was not available, we got served the wrong drinks by rude staff!!
Eventually our food was brought to the table but the waiter seemed that he could not be bothered to walk round the table so he passed the food along, nice!!!
We dine out many times per week and I advise people not to dine here.

Used to because the portion sizes are shrinking, but the meal prices are increasing. Nevertheless, STILL AMAZING FOOD
