I have create an account during a promotional time. Even I didn't win anything but all the conditions was clearly announced.
I had a problem with my player and the technical support team was reactive

Didn't go through with becoming an active member of the service. I had decided to stop before the trial period ended. Since I emailed on Saturday to unsubscribe before the subscription money was taken, nobody was there. They replied on Monday and had immediately authorised the refund of my automated subscription.
Capping it at 4 stars as I haven't experienced the whole service, but I'm really pleased with the fast and proactive response I got after the weekend.

Offered voucher for 1 pound sign up. Never received it and their unsubscribe page doesn't work so no way to stop them taking money. Their customer service is non-existant as well. Had to cancel my debit card. Avoid at all costs!
P.S.: DO NOT believe their replies and fake reviews in here, their customer service is completely USELESS!
P.P.S.: They also reported all the negative reviews so many are gone because the posters didn't bother to upload their proof of purchase. Be advised that many negative reviews are now gone.
