Really good company, I ordered a thinkware dashcam 1ch and decided once I received it that I changed my mind and wanted the 2 ch version. I called them to see if I could swap and they were happy for me to return it and give my money back and so I could order the 2ch version. As per their returns policy it was at my expense. But they returned my refund on the day they received my return, in fact within a couple of hours and so I could order the 2ch version. Both items I received next working day and that is really quick delivery.

I had a Ghost 2 alarm installed on my brand new Nissan Interstar ( 90 delivery miles on it) and it turned into a very disappointing and stressful experience.
Immediately after the installation, the engine management light came on. I was told not to worry and that it would reset itself after driving a few miles, but it never did.
When I contacted the company again, instead of resolving the issue straight away, I was told that the van had run out of diesel during the installation and that this was supposedly the reason for the fault. I found this explanation difficult to accept, especially as the warning light appeared immediately after the installation.
A technician came back about a week later to try to fix the problem, but he was unable to do so. His solution was simply to tell me to take the van to Nissan because it was still under warranty. I was genuinely shocked by this response, as I expected the installer to take responsibility for investigating an issue that appeared immediately after their work.
Nissan advised me not to drive the van and kept it in their workshop for a week while a replacement ECU was ordered from the Netherlands. During that time I had to hire another van to keep my business running, which cost me a significant amount of money, time, and unnecessary stress.
Overall, this experience caused major disruption and completely undermined my confidence in the quality of the installation and the level of customer service I received. In the end I received a refund but no apology or anything else. They are still trying to say that everything they did was right and ECU of brand new vehicle broke by itself.
Based on my experience, I advice to avoid Road Radio Ltd.

I was reccomended Road Radio when my VW Garage wanted to charge me £3500 to fit a replacement 'radio head' in my Sharan in 2024 and i got a complete modern AndroidAuto/ApplePlay touchscreen Samsung unit that was integrated to my existing parking rear camera fitted for a fraction of the VW like-for-like replacement. I then asked RoadRadio to added in a front and rear dashcam system, again for about a third of the cost of the VW like for like replacement, all fitted in a few hours kerbside in Crawley. It wasnt straight forward but they sorted it as they know their stuff and has worked seamlessley since 2024. I forget i have the dashcam, its just sits their, no lights on or anything (as if it isnt operating!) and then yesterday some idiot swung out their drivers door while parked as my wife was passing in the Sharan and it totalled every panel on the nearside and wiped out my door mirror. Shaken, but fine she spoke to the insurers while i called Road Radio to see if i had the dashcam footage. They were so helpful, giving me immediate advice to preserve the footage whilst i sought to download the dashcam app on my mobile and connect to it by WiFi. They also explained how i needed to disconnect Android Auto in the vehicle otherwise it would stop the dashcam WiFi from connecting to the phone to see and dowload the footage. The bottom line was that within 60mins of starting i had shared the front and rear footage with my insurers while my wife raised the incident with them. That footage allowed the insurers to immediately confirm the incident wasnt one i needed to claim for and started the proceedings against the other party. I wanted to post this, to say; number 1 - get a dashcam in your car, number 2 - get Road Radio to install it as they are simply the best.

What they know about the products they sell, means you are getting high grade kit that produces 'admissible' footage, fitted efficiently and with, unparallelled after-sales support. I also askend them to install my other car, a Kia Venga with a new radio head and despite trying, they had to admit defeat, but were very apologetic. I had previously reccomended 2 others to RoadRadio but i have no hesitation in providing this review, 2 years after my car was fitted. What they fit is longlasting reliable kit. Hope this helps someone. This experience has encouraged me to flag a local outstanding specialist to enyone researching them.

Had issue with my cassette player in my SL350. Went to Road Radio in Crawley. Great reception could not help enough. Alex looked at the issue, pressed some buttons and Michael Jackson sung his heart out, well done to Alex. Would highly recommend a place you can trust to get the job done without the rubbish about needing a whole new system.
