Good if you can get em ;)
£1 sales are well worth it. No problems with delivery. No quibbles over the product. The shakes are made with milk. However, they are very nice. Stevia makes them less sweet that, say, Lighterlife or something. All in all, no problems from me! 4*? We need more £1 sales!

Very good
A quick and easy way to lose weight ( I am doing one of the VCLD diets). Service is good and friendly, though getting stuff exchanged if you don't like something is slow and pricey. I have some of the items totally unpalatable but that is a matter for personal taste.

Great products
I have enjoyed using Saints and Slimmers products. I am quite fussy and cannot take shakes so this gave me plenty other options for my three meals daily. I am just coming to the end of my 5th week and have lost approx 18kg which I am very pleased about.

It works but food choice is limited.
Lost 26 lb in 6 weeks, but.
1. You just need to keep to the diet ( no picking)
2. 3 times a week gym
Went from 94 kg to 81 kg having a brake now and will continue diet before xmas.
Only minus is that each time I am buing diet they have just 2 diner meals option.

Well done on your weight loss so far, that's great! Keep motivated while you're on your break, and hopefully we'll see you again when you re-start.
Don't forget that you can also use the meal replacement items for breakfast and lunches with a normal evening meal etc to maintain the weight lost so far.
With regards to the diet ready meals, i'm afraid these are being discontinued. They aren't as popular as the meal replacement items, so we want to focus on these instead. I am sorry. However, as I said, you can continue on the 1000 calorie diet plan by having the same 2 x meal replacements, a 400 calorie evening meal of your choice and then still have 200 calories left for a healthy snack (or two!).

What diet?
Recently bought the 5:2 monthly pack and I love it!
Have tried the 5:2 diet before but always failed as not a lot of products have their calorie count on the packet. Now I don't have to worry or look at packets to keep on track with my calories, I can just pick up a bar/shake/soup/meal and know I'm within my limit.
I was worried the meals wouldn't taste very nice but they are surprisingly nice! Of course they aren't going to taste the same as home made but I actually enjoyed them - very strange for me as I am a picky eater!
I have only finished week 1 and have already lost 5lbs, can't wait to see the end result :)

Good weightloss- not the products I ordered though!
I lost 10lbs in my first week on S&S which is great and have steadily lost around 5lbs each week since.
However my last order they sent me lots of strawberry flavour milkshakes, which I really dislike and did not order. I ordered the vanilla flavour but they clearly decided to just chuck any old flavour in. I have emailed but had no response to trade the strawberry. It does say on the website they never substitute products but thats not true.

Great products and great value
I've used the VLCD 600 calories a day plan for quick results. It works well and the milk shakes and meal replacement bars are really nice. The choices for the evening meals are a bit limited, but taste OK.

3 months and 3 stone lost
I have done very low calorie diets from else where and found them to be very costly and bland .
Saints and slimmers e mail me with offers and I find their products to be tasty and reliable .
I also find the konjac noodles to be satisfying and to be honest has kept me going to my 3 stone weight loss
