Terrible disgusting customer service
Horrible man working here which reflects poorly on this horrible company. They sent me broken glass which then led to me getting small pieces of the broken glass lodged in my hand. I emailed them about it, and this man calls my phone and is extremely rude to me saying he won't apologise to me (even though I never asked him to) because its not his fault and he won't send me a new plate. I understand that but their company's name is on the product is it not? He went on and on being rude to me until he finally offered a refund.
